The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating evolving priorities and working across technical and business domains to deliver impactful products that enhance how users learn and engage with medical content.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the development and execution of product plans for assigned features or product areas.
+ Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize product enhancements.
+ Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
+ Use data and customer insights to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses.
+ Support go-to-market activities and contribute to training and enablement efforts.
+ Adapt to changing business needs and take ownership of new product challenges as they arise.
+ Communicate product vision and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
+ Experienced in Product management in technology-driven environments.
+ Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions.
+ Experience with agile product development methodologies.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
+ Experience or interest in content management, search technologies, or content architecture is a plus but not required .
+ Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Educational product background is an advantage but not a requirement.

**Required Qualifications of the Director, Product Management:**
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven Product Management experience
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery, including feature delivery and tradeoffs (prioritization) and contributing to engineering & technology strategy discussions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., research, engineering, UI/UX, Program Management, etc.)
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience and understanding of software development lifecycle and technologies.

**Position Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. The Senior Product Manager will have ownership of a flagship product in OptumRX. Responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive management and communications of the product lifecycle, contribution to strategy, roadmap, prioritization, business analysis, requirement analysis, project timelines, and deliverables, roll out and successful adoption. This role plays a pivotal part in working with users defining the business needs, aligning them with Strategy and translating them into products, operational evolution, components, features that the development team can deliver.
**Working Schedule** : Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Overview
The Mastercard Payment Gateway Service Solutions Architecture and Engineering team is looking for a new Product Manager-Technical (PM-T) to drive the delivery of payment gateway solutions in a fast-paced Scaled Agile environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about both understanding the customer & the business, and working with technology teams to deliver aligned business solutions.
Role
- Act as the Product Manager - Technical for your Agile development team, working closely with internal Product Managers to understand high level business needs & business requirements, and representing these back to your Agile team. * Please note this is not a client-facing role.
- Using the Working Backwards method, decomposes business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap.
- Drive the technical business and systems analysis based on product requirements to detailed solution development.
- Collaborate with your Agile development team(s) and system architects to understand the impact on gateway systems and agree the optimal functional solution for new product features.
- Take an active role in the SAFe PI Planning process, preparing features for the planning event and working through these features with your team to plan their delivery.
- Through team backlog grooming sessions and individual elaboration activity, define user stories that capture the functional requirements identified to meet the agreed solution.
- Take responsibility for the prioritisation of the team backlog and for accepting user stories on build completion.
- Produce internal & external-facing supporting documentation using standard templates and natural language.

The ideal candidate for this position should:
- Demonstrate the ability to complete technical systems analysis and solutioning.
- Solid business analysis skills and knowledge are essential, i.e. the ability to take high level requirements and drill these down into detailed functional requirements under your own initiative
- Demonstrate the ability to collaboratively design solutions that both enhance the product offering, and work within the design principles.
- Comfortable working at a detailed level with interface specifications & doing related data mappings to and from APIs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with development and business stakeholders within an Agile team.
- Able to communicate effectively with both business & technical audiences.
- Payments experience is a plus but not essential.
- Empowerment and accountability, demonstrating independent thinking and a collaboration mindset
- Committed to deliver on time and to quality.
- Willingness to learn and get stuck in.

- Lead a Product Pillar through the Product Development Life Cycle, working closely with Product Managers, Development and QA team.
- Analytical
o Understanding complex business processes & procedures and continually identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.
o Gathering and evaluating information from multiple data sources and reconciling conflicts and drawing conclusions from the data set.
- Problem Solving
o Diagnosing various business challenges and offering suitable suggestions and solutions.
o Diagnosing feature gaps and technical bugs within the platform; escalating and solutioning with the technology team
- Communication:
o Working co-operatively, participating in and supporting product design workshops and various team sessions.
o Writing systematic functional specifications for new platform features and updates
o Ensuring functional specifications and requirements are fully understood by the development team
o Clearly and confidently communicating the latest platform features and updates both cross functionally and to Immedis' customers
o Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
Desirable:
- 6-7 years of experience working within a HR, payroll, financial or tech-based environment
- Can demonstrate that you take responsibility for your work and follow through on assigned work tasks and commitments
- Experience Leading on large scale projects involving various applications and technologies
- An understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Skilled with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar for tracking projects and product development
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and APIs
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant or related field
