Overview:

As a Customer Support Analyst, you will provide both operational and technical support to customers across the globe, helping them analyze a wide variety of issues, determine appropriate actions, and follow through to resolution. This role primarily focuses on supporting the MasterCard Digital Enablement Service (MDES), a key component of MasterCard's digital payment ecosystem, but may also extend to other MasterCard products and services.
You will interact directly with customers via telephone, email, chat, and SMS to provide timely and accurate information in response to inquiries about products or services. Your ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally will be critical to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer issues, concerns, and enhancement requests.
Capture detailed and accurate information about customer-reported issues and work collaboratively with internal teams to drive resolution.
Provide operational and technical support for MasterCard's core applications and digital products, with a focus on MDES.
Simulate or recreate user issues to identify root causes and resolve operating difficulties.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and customer success to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Participate in customer visits and virtual meetings to provide training, education, and operational support.
Recommend and implement business or process improvements, considering global perspectives and customer impact.
Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring peers, leading projects, and contributing to team development.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of support processes and contribute to the development of support models for new products and services.
What We're Looking For:
Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role is essential. You should be comfortable communicating with customers across various channels and time zones.
Technical Acumen: Ability to investigate and resolve issues related to web service applications and digital commerce platforms. Experience with APIs, system logs, and debugging tools is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing global environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting focus as needed.
Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. You should enjoy working as part of a diverse, geographically distributed team.
Initiative and Drive: High degree of initiative and self-motivation. You should be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Experience in delivering secure solutions in the Financial Services sector.
Familiarity with digital commerce platforms and technologies.
Experience supporting global customers and working in a 24/7 support environment.
Knowledge of MasterCard products and services is a plus.

As a Business Analyst (BA) you will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of Fiserv's clients. + Feasibility assessment of client requirements against existing functions
+ Interrogation of system possibilities that would meet client requirements, and effort assessment for same
+ Determine stakeholders (clients / internal teams / vendors), and establish areas for additional stakeholder involvement
+ Continuously assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest refinements
+ Awareness of cost effectiveness, timeliness and priorities of each delivery
+ Ability to elicit necessary detail and comprehend multiple technical wide-ranging requirements
+ Anticipate post-production implications with delivery of requirements
+ Assess the impacts to each (multiple) stakeholder involved
**What you will need to have:**
+ 4-year degree or equivalent experience
+ 3-4 years analysis experience
+ Knowledge and experience - 'Agile SAFE' Methodology in Enterprise Jira (drafting Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria) and Confluence
+ Proven track record of gathering customer requirements 'As-Is', analysing and translating these into business 'To-Be' solutions
+ Ability to provide concise and necessary details required for each stakeholder (multiple)
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, clients, developers, testers and subject matter experts
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office drafting Business Requirements Documents / Solution Scope Documents, XLS, XML, Visio, PowerPoint - project size / scope can vary considerably

As a key member of the Risk and Quality Operations (RQO) team, you will play an important role in delivering UnitedHealth Group's mission of helping people live healthier lives. The primary responsibility of this position will be to ensure that a member's risk adjusting claims are evaluated against their coded medical record encounters for the payment year. The **Senior Business Analyst** will be responsible for processing, evaluating, and validating claims inventory to ensure the Claims Verification process meets the standard as set by the US department of Health & Human Services (HHS) for chart review. **Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Track and manage Inventory within the EDPS system, Coordinate the deletion of invalid diagnosis codes from CMS systems (RAPS and EDPS) as soon as discrepancies are identified
+ Monitor CMS reports (e.g., MAO-004) to track which diagnosis codes were accepted, disallowed, or flagged for deletion, communicate findings and deletion actions to internal stakeholders and CMS as required
+ Ensure deletions are properly documented and traceable, including the reason for deletion and source of error
+ Track and report Delete Data Delivery results from Optum Insight's EDPS Application to clients
+ Implement proactive strategies to triage deletes and reduce audit risk before CMS initiates RADV (Risk Adjustment Data Validation) reviews
+ Demonstrate understanding of standard operating procedures, policies, and processes and how those impact business partners' operations
+ Assist with maintenance of SOP documentation, process documentation, and reporting controls to meet audit requirements
+ Develop and maintain relationships across the wider RQO and Risk, Quality and Network Solutions (RQNS) functions to facilitate collaboration and effective communication
+ Work as part of a team to drive innovation and performance improvements which translate into improved customer outcomes and process efficiencies
+ Conduct error remediation in advance of CMS/HHS deadlines

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR equivalent experience
+ Proven experience in business/finance analysis/healthcare with foundational knowledge of Risk Adjustment
+ Demonstrated experience operating successfully in the absence of established procedures
+ Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.)
+ Understanding of relevant computer systems and platforms (e.g.: reporting systems; financial systems; company shared drives; Knowledge Library)
+ Intermediate level of proficiency in SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, SQL*Plus) with the ability to pull and analyze data, as well as update and alter internal tables
+ Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, V or H look ups, data validation, creating internal/external reports)
+ Ability to research conflicting and/or inaccurate data and determine root cause
+ Ability to assist with Operational Readiness tasks such as client implementations
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Foundational knowledge of EDI/837 claim experience
+ Risk Adjustment experience desired
+ Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to business partners both written and verbally
+ Visio Experience
+ Proficiency in CMS submission platforms (RAPS, EDPS)
+ Familiarity with ICD-10 coding guidelines, HCC models, and CMS manuals
+ Understanding of data governance and compliance protocols
+ Ability to perform well under pressure, work independently and balance workload to meet customer expectations
+ Develop and recommend performance and system improvements through user stories and defects
**Soft Skills:**
