**Job Overview:**
The Associate Manager is responsible for managing a small team, overseeing delivery projects, and serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in setting team priorities, ensuring consistency in service delivery, and identifying and addressing training gaps within the team.
**Responsibilities:**
Team Management:
- Manage a team of Solution Consultants, providing direct supervision and guidance.
- Set team priorities to ensure the timely and accurate completion of goals.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and resolve challenges.
Portfolio Management:
- Serve as the escalation path for the team, customers, and partners.
- Oversee the project delivery in collaboration with the internal stakeholders and partners.
- Leads the Solution consultant's tasks during the assigned projects.
- Oversee the implementation of transformation projects to ensure quality and consistency in delivery.
- Involved in the project planning and in collaboration with cross functional teams.
Training and Development:
- Identify and address training gaps within the team, implementing training programs as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, recommending enhancements to processes and tools.
Performance Oversight:
- Take responsibility for the overall performance of the team, ensuring quality, volume, and timeliness of delivery.
- Provide input on staffing needs and team processes required to achieve optimal results.
- Oversee and support the team with their maintenance of relevant processes and guides.
**Qualifications:**
- Comprehensive understanding and application of payroll concepts, procedures, and practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management.
- Basic knowledge of related disciplines and ability to collaborate within a broader organizational context.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to set priorities and coach team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, exercising judgment within established procedures and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Sales executive will be expected to lead key global or multi-country strategic and/or large opportunities that are critical to achieving account plan and financial goals by driving key decisions.
Our Sales Professionals are expected to quickly develop credibility with customers/prospects and build trust through professionalism and knowledge of services and products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop new business by prospecting accounts focusing on Safety and Regulatory products, consulting services, hosting, and managed services.
+ Meet or exceed annual quotas by identifying and developing new accounts, following up on existing leads, and generating both incremental and repeatable business
+ Develop and maintain productive relationships with key target accounts
+ Work collaboratively with the Product Teams, Professional Services Organization, Hosting and Managed Services to ensure a complete and successful delivery of software and service solutions and adapt current solutions, to create new & improved client centric offerings
+ Identify and respond to customer needs to define potential opportunities for Regulatory/Pharmacovigilance solutions and propose appropriate tailored solution in line with client needs

**Requirements**
+ Must demonstrate a sustained successful track record selling enterprise solutions (i.e. products, consulting services, hosting and managed services) to Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, and/or Clinical Research Organizations
+ Demonstrated track record of success working with senior level management in a fast-paced growth environment is essential
+ Full sales cycle experience is required: Prospect, Identify Opportunities, Propose Solutions (writing proposals), Negotiate, Close
+ Strong written and verbal English skills, quality-oriented proposal writing and proposal management experience
+ Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated personality adaptable to a fast-paced high volume and high velocity sales organization
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
+ Willing to travel as needed throughout EMEA area
**Highly preferred capabilities:**
+ Possess an understanding of the pharmacovigilance process for both pre-marketed and post-marketed stages of a product
+ Selling drug safety and regulatory consulting services, hosting, managed services, and products

**Job Summary**
The Senior Solutions Architect - HR Technology Services (HRTS) will lead Human Capital Management Systems discovery, requirements, and Phase X implementations for mergers and acquisitions. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to drive elegant solutions in a dynamic and ambitious environment.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
+ Lead the configuration of Workday core HCM functionalities, including business process definitions, core rules, components, and workflows to meet acquisition integration requirements.
+ Analyze and document business processes within the existing HCM system (Workday) to align with M&A activities.
+ Review system functionality with collaborators and identify gaps related to M&A needs.
+ Lead and support data conversion activities including mass data loads, EIB's, and data integration to downstream applications (e.g., payroll) during M&A transitions.
+ Work together with collaborators to assist in testing activities for M&A implementations.
+ Engage with project team members to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of system updates and modifications into production, particularly in the M&A space.
+ Liaise with business users to analyze business functional requirements and evaluate HR system functionality to meet M&A-specific needs.
+ Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements that are comprehensible to both developers and the project team, especially for M&A projects.
+ Assess the impact of change requests and provide work estimates for M&A activities.
+ Document tasks, timings, owners, and dependencies for M&A project planning.
**Qualifications**
+ Proven ability with Human Capital Management systems, including developing and configuring HR applications such as Compensation Management, Absence Management, Time Keeping, and HCM.
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience required.
+ Required: Deep knowledge of Workday: Core HCM, Compensation, Recruit, Absence and Time modules.
+ In-depth experience supporting human resource processes such as employee data management, organizational structure management, specifically in M&A contexts.
+ Functional/technical knowledge of payroll integration points (PECI, WECI, PICOF)
+ Knowledge of HCM application security and its interdependencies in other areas of the system, particularly for M&A.
+ Team-oriented individual demonstrating initiative; able to work independently in a global environment.
+ Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to quickly learn new areas.
+ Clear interpersonal skills, both orally and in writing; proficient in conveying ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
+ Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
+ Highly self-motivated and organized; ability to multitask and prioritize work.
