About the Role:
Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team working on large data centre projects across Europe. You’ll mostly be based in Sweden, managing all things electrical – making sure everything’s running on time, solving problems before they happen, and keeping everyone in the loop.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing electrical works on-site from start to finish
- Keeping projects on schedule and within scope
- Managing claims, changes, and any curveballs that come up
- Sorting daily work sheets and progress updates
- Working closely with contractors, site teams, and stakeholders
What You’ll Get:

What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience as an Electrical Project Manager on big industrial or data centre builds

**The Team and Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Project Manager for the Marketing Data Hub Initiative. This initiative will consolidate data from Logitech's diverse Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack into the Enterprise Data Warehouse (Snowflake) using Adverity as the ETL solution and visualize data through Tableau dashboards.
As part of our commitment to leveraging data-driven insights, Logitech is embarking on the Marketing Data Hub Initiative, a transformative project to consolidate and optimize our marketing data ecosystem. This initiative is designed to deliver tailored dashboards for each marketing discipline, providing actionable business intelligence to enhance decision-making, drive growth, and strengthen our marketing strategy.
The Project Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of technical experts (Data Visualization Engineers, Snowflake Architects and Developers, ETL Developers) alongside marketing executives from the Global Commercial Organization, Creative & Design Department, and Business Groups. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, the Project Manager will ensure the successful design, development, and deployment of dashboards covering the most critical business KPIs for Logitech's marketing disciplines.

_Project Leadership_
+ Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Marketing Data Hub Initiative, ensuring alignment with Logitech's overarching goals for marketing data centralization and visualization.
+ Create and maintain a detailed project roadmap that outlines key milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
+ Guide the efforts of a large, multidisciplinary team, including Data Visualization Engineers, Snowflake Architects and Developers, and ETL Developers, ensuring effective collaboration and progress toward project goals.
+ Utilize Agile project management methodologies to foster flexibility, transparency, and iterative delivery.
_Strategic Planning_
+ Define the overarching strategy for data consolidation, working with Snowflake architects to bring diverse datasets from the MarTech stack into the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
+ Collaborate with ETL Developers to design efficient data pipelines using Adverity, ensuring seamless integration and data quality.
+ Identify and prioritize the most critical business KPIs for each marketing discipline, translating executive input into actionable dashboard designs.
_Dashboard Development Leadership_
+ Partner with Tableau data visualization engineers to conceptualize, design, and deploy dashboards tailored to each marketing discipline (e.g., social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, paid media, brand management).
+ Ensure dashboard designs provide actionable insights through intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that address the specific needs of Logitech's marketing functions.
+ Facilitate feedback loops with marketing stakeholders to refine dashboards and improve alignment with business objectives.
_Data Resource Coordination_
+ Collaborate with marketing executives spanning Logitech's Global Commercial Organization, Creative & Design Department, and Business Groups to:
+ Gather requirements and validate KPI definitions for each discipline.
+ Understand data needs and ensure dashboards provide value for decision-making.
+ Coordinate data workflows across various MarTech tools to ensure integrity and consistency during the transfer into Snowflake, identifying any gaps or redundancies in the process.
_Stakeholder Engagement_
+ Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (data engineers, visualization experts) and marketing teams, ensuring alignment in goals and deliverables.
+ Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to keep stakeholders informed about progress, challenges, and anticipated outcomes.
+ Foster collaboration between departments, ensuring marketing and data teams are aligned on priorities and expectations throughout the dashboard development lifecycle.
_Performance Tracking and Optimization_
+ Develop and implement protocols for data validation, ensuring high-quality data is consistently available in Snowflake.
+ Define performance benchmarks for dashboards, including usage metrics and impact on marketing decision-making processes.
+ Provide actionable recommendations for optimization and troubleshooting to continuously improve dashboard efficiency and accuracy.
_Change Management_
+ Architect and execute change management strategies, together with the support of our Change Management expert, to drive adoption of the new dashboards across Logitech's marketing functions.
+ Create training materials and conduct workshops to enable marketing professionals to use Tableau dashboards effectively in their day-to-day operations.
+ Establish documentation, guidelines, and best practices for ongoing dashboard management and updates.
_Additional Responsibilities_
+ Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and enable real-time data retrieval for marketing analytics.
+ Ensure strict adherence to data privacy laws and compliance protocols across all aspects of the project.
+ Monitor and manage budget utilization, ensuring resources are allocated strategically for maximum value delivery.
+ Collaborate on post-implementation support strategies, ensuring sustainability and scalability of the Marketing Data Hub's infrastructure.
**Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:**
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
_Experience_
+ Proven experience (12+ years) in data and analytics project management roles within large, data-driven organizations.
+ Expertise in implementing data warehouses and BI tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and ETL processes (Adverity experience strongly preferred).
+ Demonstrated success in delivering analytics dashboards tailored to diverse stakeholder needs, including marketing leaders.
_Skills_
+ Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile frameworks and tools.
+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of bridging gaps between technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Proficient in data analysis and visualization concepts, including KPI prioritization and dashboard design best practices.
_Technical Knowledge_
+ Deep understanding of database architectures, ETL processes, and BI tools (Snowflake, Adverity, Tableau).
+ Familiarity with MarTech ecosystems and their integration into enterprise data solutions.
_Credentials_
+ Bachelor's degree from a leading University in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or relevant field (Master's preferred).
+ Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.

**Role Description**
SMBC Americas Division (AD) Information Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager who also has a strong background in IT Program and Project Governance. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing technology projects throughout their lifecycle. This includes defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables, identifying risks, issues, dependencies and developing project plans. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional project teams, manage resources and budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. In addition, this role focuses on IT Program and Project (IPPM) Governance and significant time will be spent on ensuring project alignment to IPPM Policies and Standards, producing relevant metrics, reports and presentations that will be shared with stakeholders, including the AD IT Controls and Audit teams. The position reports to the Director, PMO and IT Governance.
**Responsibilities**
Project Delivery & Management
+ Leads planning, execution and/or implementation of projects through all phases, tasks and timelines. Facilitates the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, funding and resource requirements.
+ Completes projects or assigned tasks in accordance with defined project management methodology.
+ Manages Project Budget & Resource allocation and utilization.
+ Manages clients/stakeholders (including subject matter experts from different Technical teams); determines needs, facilitates communication, and implements changes, where applicable.
+ Monitors project progress and provides regular status updates to management.
+ Manages vendors, negotiates/defines initial contracts, resolves issues, and provides ongoing communication; tracks deliverables.
+ Participates, where necessary, in requirements gathering/elicitation, design and/or testing phases.
+ Resolves or assists in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas; implements changes where applicable.
+ Submits CR's (Change Requests) and SML's (System Maintenance Logs) as part of the change management process.
+ Ensures project closure activities are completed, including completion of all tasks, final updates to Schedule, closure of all risks/issues and archival of all documentation.
IT Program and Project Governance (IPPM)
+ Gain familiarity with the IPPM Policies, Standards and Procedures and understand the governance and reporting requirements, including reports that support the AD IT PMO team in their day-to-day review and monitoring activities of AD Tech Project Portfolio.
+ Develops presentations that provide management updates and escalation.
+ Support in collating and reviewing AD IPPM metrics (Key Risk Indicators, Key Performance Indicators, etc.) from different group companies and help in timely submission to AD Tech Management team.
+ Supports/Facilitates Monthly PMO Meetings
+ Assist with PMO & IT Governance initiatives.
+ Mentor Junior Project Managers.
+ Conduct Process Quality Reviews.
**Qualifications and Skills**
+ Formal project management expertise and knowledge of project management methodology/SDLC/PLC processes in IT financial services environments.
+ Proficient working with Jira/Confluence
+ Broad working knowledge of Agile frameworks is preferred: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP and other advanced Agile frameworks (SAFe, DAD, etc.)
+ Experience in managing complex IT processes and projects across multiple business and technical areas
+ Demonstrated working knowledge of end-to-end IT processes
+ Ability to influence people outside the immediate span of control, negotiate and resolve conflicts, and work with business users, IT partners and vendors
+ Strong facilitator who can lead group sessions and is equally comfortable in a collaboration role with business and technical resources at all levels, including senior management
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate concepts and ideas to diverse audiences
+ Able to work well autonomously and be a complete self-starter
+ Experience working with technology vendors to implement application, infrastructure or security product solutions
+ 5 to 7 years of specialized experience in Financial Services
+ Required BA/BS in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science or Management Information System concentration is preferred
+ Licenses /Certifications - PMI certification or the equivalent is advantageous; as well as a certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) is desired
+ Language Skills: Business fluency in English
+ Software Systems / Programming Languages: MS Office, Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, MS Visio, MS Project, Enterprise Resource Management tools, CMMI/ITIL/COBIT is preferred; Agile Methodology / Framework
