**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program management.
+ 5 years of experience working with data center or other mission critical equipment/environments.
+ 5 years of experience managing process improvement or construction programs in a organized environment.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Knowledge of large-scale mission critical facility's electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
+ Excellent requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and goal attainment skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail and heightened capability of follow-through, update to conditions previously reported to business leadership.
+ Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
+ Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
+ Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
+ Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
+ Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.

Position Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Training Design & Systems team. Working closely with the Training Design Immersive Specialist and subject matter experts, the Instructional Designer will help translate technical procedures into engaging, learner-centred experiences using Unreal engine that align with ESB Networks' operational and strategic goals. This role will support the development of high-quality training content across multiple formats, including eLearning, video, and instructor-led materials. Additionally, the Training Design instructional designer will play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing existing training programmes, ensuring they adhere to the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. They will stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the field of training design and development, incorporating innovative techniques to improve learning outcomes. Providing support and guidance to trainers and facilitators will also be a key aspect of this role, ensuring the successful delivery of our training programmes. Key Responsibilities The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: Design and develop innovative training programmes to enhance learning experiences. Collaborate with the Training Design Immersive Specialist and SMEs to design and develop training content using gaming engines. Translate learning objectives into interactive, immersive training experiences using Unreal engine. Support the development of eLearning modules, training presentations, and supporting material. Assist in the integration of immersive content (e.g. AR/VR) into broader training programmes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing training materials based on feedback and evaluation data. Ensure all training content aligns with ESB Networks' safety, compliance, and sustainability standards. Evaluate and improve existing training programmes to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in training design and development. Work independently and as part of the Training Design team to manage multiple projects effectively. Experience and Qualifications Essential Third Level degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field. Minimum 4 years' experience in training design or instructional development. Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies. Experience working with Unreal Engines workflow. Familiarity with VR/AR learning and its application in technical training. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Experience working in a technical or safety-critical training environment. Proficiency in 3D modelling software(e.g., Blender and exporting assets to gaming engines).
