Job Description
Shift Patterns: Early shifts start as early as 05:30 Late shifts finish as late as 00:30 All drivers work a mix of early, middle, and late shifts Rosters are pre-set and repeat on a rolling basis, allowing drivers to plan days off weeks or months in advance Working Days: 5 days per week, covering any 5 out of 7 days Weekend and evening availability required as part of the roster Salary & Benefits Competitive salary with structured increment increases (details provided during the interview) Predictable roster patterns with guaranteed rest days Opportunities for overtime and additional shifts (subject to availability) Full uniform provided Comprehensive training and induction Company pension scheme Supportive team environment and progression opportunities Key Responsibilities Safely operate buses on designated routes in accordance with the timetable Deliver excellent customer service to passengers at all times Carry out vehicle safety checks before and after each shift Handle incidents and emergencies calmly and responsibly Maintain accurate ticketing and journey records Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures Requirements Valid (Category D) driving licence Current CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) Good communication and customer service skills Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and late nights Skills: Bus Driving Customer Service D License
