Bus Driver - Cork (Full-Time, Permanent) About the Role We are seeking professional and safety-focused Bus Drivers to join our team in Cork. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent pay, benefits, and career progression. Successful candidates will play a key role in providing a reliable and friendly public transport service to passengers across the city and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Safely operate buses on scheduled routes across Cork. Deliver excellent customer service to passengers. Adhere to timetables and operational procedures. Handle cash fares and complete end-of-shift cashing in. Work across early, middle, and late shifts as part of a rotating roster. Maintain professional standards in line with company policies, including wearing full uniform. Requirements Must hold a valid Irish category D driving license. Must have up to date CPC & Tacho card. Must be aged 21 or over (insurance requirement). Strong focus on safety, responsibility, and professionalism. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work across a 5/7 roster including weekends and varying shifts. Garda vetting may be required. Pay & Benefits Competitive weekly salary ranging from €802.99 - €929.66 based on a pay scale. Standard 39-hour work week, with potential overtime (up to 48 hours). Pension scheme (commences after 1 year of service). Annual leave: 20 days, increasing with length of service. Free GP visits for spouse and children (small weekly contribution). Travel benefits (after 1 month). Subsidised canteen and on-site parking. Access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
