Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or science with 5 years plus experience in supply chain management.
+ 5 year + People Management with demonstrated ability to develop key talent and to set clear vision and strategy for your team
+ OPEX Black / Green belt certified preferably
+ Experience in engaging, collaborating, and influencing at senior leadership level

**Job Description**
**The Position**
This role is a full-time role in the GSIUC Supply Chain Department, under the Warehouse team. This specific role is required to oversee the Receiving, sampling, picking, and shipping in the GSIUC Warehouse. This position requires a sound knowledge of SAP System, methods, and procedures. The candidate will be required to exercise judgment, within well-defined and established procedures and practices, to identify problems and appropriate actions and to generate alternatives and recommendations within defined processes. The candidate must be proactive in their daily activities and interactions.
**Essential Duties and Job Functions:**
**Inventory Accuracy and Monitoring:**
+ Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly cycle counts of pharmaceutical inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
+ Verify and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
+ Report inventory variances promptly and recommend corrective actions.
**Receipt of Materials:**
+ Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials and components, ensuring all documentation matches physical deliveries. This includes verifying quantities, checking for damage, and ensuring proper storage conditions for both +20 and +5 products.
**Material Sampling:**
+ Perform sampling of incoming materials in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines, maintaining strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
**Material Picking for Manufacturing:**
+ Accurately pick and prepare materials for packaging and tabletting manufacturing lines based on production orders. This involves precise measurement, labelling, and staging of materials, including both +20 and +5 products, to ensure timely and efficient supply to production.
**Equipment and System Use:**
+ Operate handheld scanners, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment as needed for Warehouse operations including working from heights.
+ Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software for data tracking and reporting.
**Safety and Cleanliness:**
+ Adhere to safety guidelines to minimise risks in handling pharmaceutical products.
+ Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the counting area to prevent contamination.
**Continuous Improvement:**
+ Identify opportunities to streamline cycle counting processes and improve inventory accuracy.
+ Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and implement process improvements.
**Data Entry and Documentation:**
+ Update inventory data in the warehouse management system (WMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
+ Maintain accurate records of cycle counts, adjustments, and investigations.
+ Ensure documentation complies with regulatory standards, such as FDA, GMP, or other pharmaceutical guidelines.
**Regulatory Compliance:**
+ Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) during inventory activities.

**Main responsibilities:**
+ Manage New Market Launches: Work closely with Global Supply Chain and markets to ensure on-time and in-full supply to markets.
+ Represent the Site from a Supply Chain Perspective: Manage both internal and external stakeholders and be an important part of the supply chain team.
+ End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the launch process from master data creation to operational readiness and shipping to market.
+ Liaise with External Stakeholders: Meet with external stakeholders as necessary to strengthen business relationships.
+ Coordinate with Site MSAT and External Customers: During product transfer/product introduction, ensure all requirements are captured in the project plan.
+ Ensure Compliance: All work must follow the required standards, including GMP, Health and Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory requirements.
About you
**Qualifications:**
+ 3rd Level Qualification and/or relevant professional qualifications in Supply Chain.
+ Proven track record in a supply chain role.
+ Experience:
+ Supply Chain experience is essential, ideally with launch management experience.
+ Strong project management experience is preferable.

**Manager Supply Chain, Planning and NPI**
As a Manager in Planning, Supply Chain, and NPI at Takeda's TIL Bray site, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable and timely supply of pharmaceutical products to global markets. This position leads cross-functional teams and oversees critical supply chain, planning, and launch processes. It combines strategic thinking, operational execution, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support continuous improvement, product launches, and the achievement of performance targets.
**How You Will Contribute**
+ Lead and support Planning, Supply Chain, and Launch teams within Takeda's Supply Chain Department at the TIL Bray site.
+ Ensure global product supply in required quantities and timelines to meet customer demand across all markets.
+ Manage supply and demand planning processes, including replenishment planning, make-to-order strategies, and contract manufacturing (CMB) activities.
+ Maintain effective communication and alignment with Takeda LOCs, Oncology, external supply teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
+ Oversee production and QC planning, shift scheduling, scenario planning, and cost-related data for budgeting.
+ Drive the planning and execution of NPIs and sample orders while maintaining accurate SAP data.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives across Planning & Supply Chain to enhance efficiency and implement best practices.
+ Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs (CSL, inventory, responsiveness, and launch excellence) and support cost-reduction initiatives.
+ Manage legal and operational processes related to stock holding, contracts, and license setups (e.g., TPIZ, TPIB).
+ Act as Supply Chain Director Designee when required.
+ Supervise the launch team and ensure timely introduction of new products and market transfers.
+ Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure smooth launch processes.
+ Participate in audits, change controls, CAPAs, deviations, and ensure continuous inspection readiness.
+ Coordinate monthly reporting cycles (e.g., MRP, MYC, budgeting).
+ Represent TIL in cross-regional launch planning and communication, ensuring all deliverables are met.
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally including digital transformation and process innovation.
+ Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and GMP/GxP compliance.
+ Technical expertise in supply planning and solid oral dosage manufacturing; SAP experience preferred.
+ Excellent coordination, analytical, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
+ Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence internal and external stakeholders.
+ Strategic thinker with solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
