Draft, review, and update essential construction safety documents. Construction Stage Safety & Health Plans Carry out thorough on-site safety audits and prepare follow-up reports. Oversee temporary H&S placements for specific client needs. Ensure contractors are fulfilling their obligations under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013. Coordinate and support Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) responsibilities where needed. Conduct audits in non-construction settings (e.g., education, property, manufacturing). Provide expert safety guidance to clients, contractors, and team members. Requirements: A relevant third-level qualification in Construction, Safety, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of post-qualification experience within a construction-focused H&S role is preferred. Strong written and spoken communication skills are essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of producing professional-standard documentation. Valid full driver's licence is required. Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
