As a Process Engineer Lead Dosimetry you will lead a team of professionals, technical and/or administrative staff. You will mentor, coach, and coordinate.
You will execute highly complex or specialized projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee, analyze, and report on production line performance, proactively spotting issues that could hinder efficiency. Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to tackle challenges and improve quality and output in your designated areas.
Develop specifications and operational guidelines for processing equipment, ensuring that the correct sequence of operations is followed.
Diagnose and resolve engineering challenges associated with processes or equipment currently in use.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in processes and procedures.
Take the lead on corrective and preventive actions, as well as managing investigations related to process performance.
May oversee technical personnel, providing mentorship and guidance to both direct reports and junior staff. Identify essential skills within the team and conduct gap analyses to support development plans and succession strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
NFQ Level 7 Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or a related discipline.
At least 4 years of relevant work experience or a comparable blend of education and professional experience in engineering.
Proficient in analyzing data, discussing insights, and resolving intricate analytical issues.
Ability to identify negative trends and emerging challenges effectively.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities will be considered a significant advantage.
A proactive and innovative approach to tasks is necessary.
Familiarity with electron beam, gamma, or other sterilization technologies is preferred.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee the quality systems ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and Jazz policies and strategies.
- Represent Quality during manufacturing operations and be available to resolve issues and provide guidance in a collaborative fashion.
- Provide quality and cGMP input and oversight of the manufacturing facility including data integrity.
- Generate QMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect these processes, which are easy to follow and promote both compliance and efficient operations, in accordance with facility requirements.
- Review and approve procedures, documents and records (e.g. Specifications, Batch Records, Validation data, QC data, etc.) in accordance with the facility requirements.
- Review and approve technical support documentation. (Examples include cleaning, process, method validation).
- Generate and approve Quality documents (e.g. Annual Product Reviews, Licence variations etc.).
- Support the Deviation and OOS investigation systems, advising on assessing impact and approving final reports and associated CAPA.
- Support the site change control system, evaluating proposed change controls as assigned, making informed assessments of quality impact of changes.
- Support the facility Supplier Management program, including qualifications and re-qualifications of suppliers and materials, auditing vendors and providing oversight as required.
- Manage the QA responsibilities of external manufacturers of APIs, reviewing deviations and changes at the CMO site.
- Support site compliance program, performing internal audits, training internal auditors as required, and implementing audit action plans.
- Participate and follow-up in third party audits and/or inspections carried out at the site by the authorities or clients.
- Complete all required QMS assignments (CAPAs, investigations, actions etc) in accordance with agreed timelines.
- Perform production on the line AQLs, and the incoming inspection and disposition of raw materials, consumables, packaging.
- Assist in preparation and presentation of GMP training programmes.
- Participate in initiatives and action plans for the development of QA and improvement of GMP compliance.
- Involved in site-wide projects and continuous improvement processes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3-7 years experience working in finished product pharmaceutical / biologics manufacturing, including analytical chemistry, quality assurance, quality control, development, and /or manufacturing areas.
- Excellent working knowledge of quality systems, FDA and EU regulations, cGMPs and ICH guidelines.
- Demonstrated capability in establishing collaborative working relationships at all levels, regardless of seniority.
- Possess fundamental scientific thought processes and demonstrated ability to apply this to overcome problems. An ability to think strategically and be a ‘go-to’ expert across the business in area of expertise.
- Recognize areas for improvement and use initiative to implement change programs in support of progress.

The Markets business helps our clients formulate, implement and operationalize their investment strategies. It provides clients with financing, execution, liquidity and collateral solutions that are integrated with BNY’s asset servicing ecosystem. The Markets division is primarily organized into four Lines of Business: i) Foreign Exchange; ii) Securities Finance; iii) Liquidity and Margin Services; and, iv) Fixed Income and Equities (FIEQ)
Our Fixed Income and Equities businesses trade a wide variety of securities and can connect clients to a unique universe of counterparties, including broker-dealers, fund managers, family offices and wealth managers.
BNY is expanding its EMEA FIEQ trading capabilities with our recently launched Dublin-based FIEQ trading desk focused on serving our EU client base. We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team and contribute to delivering superior client outcomes and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a key stakeholder in the commercial engagement in the FIEQ Sales business for BNY’s European client franchise and driving meaningful growth.
- Collaborate internally across multiple BNY LoBs including but not limited to Execution Services, Asset Servicing Division, Global Client Management, Wealth and Treasury Services, to originate, qualify and execute on new business opportunities.
- Work closely with FIEQ Sales, Trading and Product teams to drive volumes within the European franchise and facilitate the growth ambitions of the newly established EU desk.
- Uphold a robust risk management and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Several years sales coverage and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and business improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams.

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Private Equity Senior Associate: Fund/Client Accounting to join our Private Equity team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland and will be working in a hybrid capacity.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conduct accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and moderately complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses, and preparing reports.
- Perform complex Fund/Client Accounting responsibilities in the areas of driving Service Improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes, and specialist review functions. Provide input into methodologies and check the work of more junior team members.
- Provide guidance and review work related to cash and asset reconciliations relating to complex accounts or transactions. Resolve reconciliation of accounts for more complex or atypical transactions and review work of junior team members.
- Draft reports for clients regarding the performance of complex funds. Review draft reports completed by more junior staff.
- Regularly interact with clients in answering questions and resolving issues regarding fund reports and accounting processes.
- Assist in evaluating GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine impact of new regulations on BNY fund accounting practices.
- No direct reports; provide guidance to less experienced team members. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
- Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Knowledge of Geneva or Investran accounting systems is required.
- Private Equity experience essential.
- Client / Fund Accounting background mandatory.
