**Job Summary:**
As **Head of Treasury Operations, EMEA,** you will report to the Assistant Treasurer for the company and will be responsible for ensuring that Trane Technologies has efficient and effective controls and processes over cash/ liquidity management, bank connectivity, treasury management systems, intercompany financing and bank account management across the region. You will work closely with key stakeholders within the business, cross functional partners and externally as appropriate to support and provide guidance, as well as identify and implement effective solutions from a cash management and treasury operations perspective.
**Responsibilities:**
· Lead a high-performance Treasury team, develop competency and technical skills, inspiring continuous improvement and collaborating as a strategic partner to the business and other functions
· Represent Treasury as a member of the EMEA Finance Leadership team and drive overall engagement of EMEA Treasury Operations
· Lead EMEA cash management processes, cash positioning, intercompany financing and liquidity management within a continuous improvement environment
· Lead EMEA M&A due diligence/ closing activities/ business implementation, productivity initiatives and cross functional projects from a treasury operations perspective
· Management of EMEA bank account structure, fee structure and maximizing operational functionality to effectively support the ongoing and future operational banking needs of the Group
· Management of EMEA loan portfolio working with appropriate stakeholders to identify financing needs, loan reporting, documentation requirements and incorporate effective tax planning considerations
· Continuous improvement of KPIs, cash management and cash forecasting analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and mitigate risks
· In coordination with the US Regional Treasury Manager and the APAC Treasury Manager, continue the development and management of our global treasury management systems including bank system rationalization, bank connectivity and fraud analytics and BI reporting
· Working with our banking partners, SWIFT bureau, businesses and IT resources, manage the ongoing development of SWIFT, bank connectivity and compliance controls
· Manage and develop treasury cash management policies and procedures including the Treasury Business Operating System to ensure a strong control environment
· Develop strategies and plans to enable more effective treasury functional activities through systems and processes that result in enhanced internal controls and productivity.
+ Provide solutions, guidance and support on treasury operational related matters to other functions and businesses
**Qualifications:**
· The successful candidate must be an experienced and skilled financial executive with at least 5 years of experience within the Finance function of a publicly held global Corporation.
· This individual should have significant international experience in a variety of finance related issues
· You must have a track record of building trust and operating effectively within a dynamic and growth organization.
· The successful candidate will have a background in Treasury, Economics or Accounting on a multi-national level with an emphasis on leadership and decision making.
· Results-oriented leader with demonstrated ability to understand the business and the complex issues in a global Treasury organization.

Working alongside senior colleagues, you’ll undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks like painting and plumbing and will liaise with contractors if you need external expertise. You’ll work on a range of shifts to make sure our sites are supported around the clock – allowing Amazon to deliver at the speed we’re known for. About the team Our Reliability Maintenance Engineering or RME team keep our equipment performing at its best. We're a technically minded team, made up of excellent team players and guided by experienced leaders. We work together to maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment across our global network of fulfilment centres. Some of our people are leaders, who oversee the team as they work on exciting technology – some of which only exists at Amazon. From installing automated packaging systems to overseeing the general maintenance of a site to repairing key distribution equipment, our team handles most aspects of Amazon’s technical side. This includes keeping buildings legally compliant, so everyone is safe, and our sites are operating at maximum efficiency. There are lots of opportunities for progression, both within the RME team and more widely across Amazon. Everything we do focuses on reducing downtime in Amazon’s crucial operations sites, so customers get their orders on time. We often work during early or late hours to carry out maintenance with minimal disruption, including night shifts. If we spot a better way to do something, we have the skills and the opportunity to develop and introduce completely new processes or cutting-edge tech like Amazon Robotics and our Complex Item Sorter. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Need to have NFQ6 (Higher Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Engineering) or Solace/Solas level 6 mechanical/ Electrical or Mechatronics. - Experience of planned preventative maintenance systems. - Experience fault finding within MHE (Material Handling Equipment)/Automation systems. - Experience in interpreting both mechanical and electrical drawings. - Experience of conveyor maintenance, motor controllers/inverters.
