**Essential Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field (MBA or post graduate degree preferred)
+ 5+ years of procurement experience as a category manager or similar role or 2+ years of procurement experience as a category manager with MBA or post graduate degree
+ Able to leverage advanced negotiation techniques to progress the sustainable achievement of cost, contractual and service level goals
+ Strong analytical capabilities including report development and analysis as well as making data-driven recommendations and decisions
+ Strong presentation and persuasion skills with an ability to clearly communicate across all levels of the organization

**Purpose:**
The Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead (METL) supports Operations Management in the production of contact lenses in the Value Stream. Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations Line management the role will have direct responsibility for managing key areas of the Value Stream to lead the production of a range of Medical Devices to fulfil global planning schedules, within determined quality and safety standards.
**As a** **Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead, y** **ou will** **:**
+ Lead the Production Unit in close cooperation with Quality and Engineering, to manufacture Medical Devices according to global planning requirements.
+ Ensure all Safety and Quality Standards are upheld top the highest possible standard.
+ Lead year on year efficiency improvement and activity reduction.
+ Build and maintain an environment of innovative continuous improvement, focusing on quality, cost reduction, process development and supply.
+ Lead & mentor supervisory and operations personnel and developing people at all levels to grow within and beyond their current role.
+ Lead specific projects for the Production Unit and across the full Operations function where relevant.
+ Report on achievement of key performance metrics.
+ Support all functions in the effective transfer of new products and processes into manufacturing processes.
+ Ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained at all times across the Value Stream - always looking for opportunities to improve the standard.
**Essential Requirements:**
+ A QQI Level 7 and above in Management or Technical qualification or related discipline
+ Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
+ Ability to demonstrate standards of leadership - Managing Complexity, Innovations, Customer Focus
+ Technical or people/team management qualification
+ Project Management Skills / Experience with Lean Manufacturing processes/Six Sigma

**A Day in the life of:**
+ Support routine Sterility Assurance activities e.g GMP, Standards Compliance, Cleanroom Risk Assessment, Limits review, Dose Audit activity, Cycle Requalification, Supplier Change control etc.
+ Support Sterility Assurance activities for new products and change control, developing strong partnering relationships with these groups, at both manufacturing and design sites.
+ Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement in day-to-day activity, initiating appropriate corrective actions and following through to implementation.
+ Support cross functional teams in design protocols to ensure that new products/product changes are adequately evaluated/tested to guarantee compliance to all regulatory standards.
+ Deliver on projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results within defined timeframes.
+ Support your projects in internal and external audits and in submission preparation, addressing any questions regarding these submissions.
+ Perform calculations, technical and record keeping duties in conformance with company and regulatory policies and standards to meet quality and accuracy requirements.
+ Review systems and processes for optimisation and troubleshooting.
+ Adhere to all relevant site wide procedures and practices for Safety & GMP.
**Key Skills & Experience**
+ Minimum Level 7 degree in a relevant technical discipline e.g. Science or Engineering with 0 years of experience required.
+ Sterilisation Validation/Microbiology experience is desirable.
+ Excellent understanding of GMP and documentation required.
+ Dynamic team player with good communication skills.
+ Can work effectively and proactively as an individual or on cross functional teams.

The Operations Innovations Finance team is looking for a Principal Financial Analyst who will primarily focus on business partnering within a Strategic Program within the organization. This role provides unique experiences such as being part of a global team, collaborating with business partners throughout the company, and gaining visibility to senior and executive leadership while gaining insights into various processes and functions across Medtronic.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
+ Provide decision support to the leadership of the Operations Innovation strategic program, becoming a subject matter expert regarding all strategic processes.
+ Supporting cross-functional project teams with scenario modelling, NPV/ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations.
+ Drive/Implement/Support continuous improvements in the reporting processes enabling focus on value creation activities
+ Support the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes.
+ Ensure Non-Gaap compliance rules and controls are actively working
+ Support Cost Center planning (i.e. Resources, Investments, Projects, Capital)
+ Drive the monthly/quarterly fiduciary reporting of OPC results, cost down metrics and capital investments.
+ Support presentations of financial results at MOR, business reviews and Global Townhall meetings to senior leadership as well as the larger business partner base.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:** Requires mastery of a specialty area and full knowledge of industry practices, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
May have broad knowledge of project management.
**Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.**

With a wide variety of projects and responsibilities spanning across several IT organizations, the college professional can expect to be fully engaged within Dell Digital. As an IT Development Program Participant you will become a member of Dell Digital, Dell's IT organization.

**Responsibilities**
As an ever-evolving function within a global transformational organization, Dell Digital strategy, projects, structure and priorities are subject to continuous review and revision. We are looking for well rounded and adaptive professionals who can thrive in times of change and ambiguity.
**You Will:**
+ You will have 2 rotations across multiple fields in the IT department including Software Engineering, Development, Networking, etc.,
+ Work with internal stakeholders, external customers and users to validate business and customer interests and that product engineering is aligned on those needs
+ Work on interactive design projects that meet both user and business objectives, while maintaining and supporting brand standards
+ Practice and facilitate Human-Centered Design (Design Thinking) methodologies
+ Develop high availability and highly scalable applications which will be used by both internal and external customers.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelors level 8 degree or above in Computer Science, Software Development, Computer Engineering, BIS or similar discipline, **graduated in 2026**
+ Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design skill or strong adherence to solid software design principles
+ Basic knowledge of object oriented programming languages; operating systems; device drivers; databases; system, network, operating system, and application administration; embedded software/firmware; tools and utilities, as applicable.
+ Able to code/debug simple programs using either written or verbal design specifications
**Desirable Requirements**
+ Internship in related field
+ Designing, coding, testing, documenting, and deploying global applications based on system and user requirements
