Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented WPEP Assistant Recruitment Admin to join our team under the Work Placement Experience Programme. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and administration while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced business development function.
You will work closely with the Business Development Executive and play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations through data entry, CRM maintenance, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide administrative support to the Business Development Executive

Input and update candidate and client data into the companys CRM system

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, job requisitions, and candidate pipelines

Support the scheduling of meetings and interviews as required

Help monitor and respond to general recruitment inbox queries

Perform other ad hoc administrative duties to support the recruitment and business development team

Practical experience in recruitment administration and CRM usage

Insight into business development processes and client engagement

INNOVATE are currently seeking a L2 Cisco / Meraki Network Engineer to work as a part of our team. You will be a member of our team providing expert support for Cisco and Meraki solutions across a range of clients and environments. This is a 6 month contract with a possibility of a 6 month extension.
The Role
INNOVATE are currently seeking a Level 2 Network Engineer with Cisco and/or Meraki expertise to work as a part of our Service Desk team. The role will challenge the technical expertise of the successful engineer.
The successful candidate will be performing a mix of project and service-related tasks as part of our IT Solutions Team, serving as an implementation expert and a technical advisor to both INNOVATE and our clients. INNOVATE will provide industry leading training opportunities through our partnership with Cisco to ensure that we develop the successful candidate to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
The Level 2 Network Engineer will participate in the planning, design, implementation and support of the network technologies across a range of clients:
- Provide first and second-line technical support for Cisco and Meraki networking products including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, routers and security appliances.
- Network planning, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Provide support on issues escalated from our service team on customer networks.
- Maintain up to date network diagram, standard, documentation for all clients detailing configuration of deployed solutions.
- Install, document, implement and support of the client networks
- Resolve operational issues involving routers, switches and firewalls in a multi-vendor environment.
Required competencies and experience
- 3+ years experience with routing, switching, wireless of firewalls in a similar environment
- Cisco or Meraki experience,
- Experience with managing cloud networking technologies
- Demonstrate proficiency with the provisioning and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN connectivity technologies.
- Strong skills and experience in data network technologies.
- Comprehensive hands-on experience with LAN/WLAN/WAN technologies.
- Comprehensive hands-on experience with Cisco routers, Catalyst switches, Cisco security devices
- CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, CNMA qualifications would be advantageous
- Knowledge of virtualisation and cloud platforms
Non-technical skills
- Customer service oriented with a desire to interact with clients, staff, and management teams
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with passionate attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiatives.
- A desire and ease in establishing credibility with non-technical leaders via excellent communication skills and business acumen.
