Programme Overview: Our 2-year Graduate IT Engineer Programme is designed for recent graduates with a passion for technology. You'll start as a Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer, learning the fundamentals of IT support, client interaction, and troubleshooting. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you'll progress to Level 2 with the opportunity to specialise in Infrastructure, Networks, or Cyber Security.

What You'll Learn:

  • Provide Level 1 support to clients, handling live technical issues across networking, security, cloud infrastructure, and communications.
  • Administer Office365, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory.
  • Gain experience in monitoring systems, troubleshooting, and ensuring IT uptime.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Develop essential client-facing skills, managing customer expectations and providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming support calls and manage tickets through ConnectWise.
  • Deliver first-level support remotely to clients across multiple sectors.
  • Assist with scheduled calls and provide overflow support during busy periods.
  • Document technical solutions and update system records.

Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist (ADOS-2) - Wexford

Location: Gorey, County Wexford (Hybrid)

Role: Permanent
Salary: 35,000 - 75,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Our client is an award-winning, NHS and HSE approved practice dedicated to providing high-quality psychological care across the UK and Ireland.

They provide high-quality services to clients across the UK and Ireland, including neurodevelopmental and psychological assessments for adults and children as well as expert witness assessments for the courts and parole boards, assessments in criminal/prison law, family law, immigration law, and medico-legal cases. They have a proven track record of providing high quality assessments and delivering on HSE / NHS contracts.

The Role:

This is an exciting and valuable role within a busy service, providing invaluable assessments to families and adults. This is a hybrid or remote role for suitably qualified clinicians working within the Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team for children referred for autism and/ or ADHD assessments via HSE / NHS Patient choice and their GP.

Some aspects of the role may be undertaken remotely. Multiple roles- both remote and hybrid roles are available to attract candidates with differing levels of experience and geographical locations- including senior roles. For hybrid roles the candidate must be able to travel to one of their locations in Dublin.

The role requires conducting comprehensive specialist assessments including diagnostic assessments of individuals with suspected autism and/ or ADHD using established diagnostic tools. Assessments of mental health conditions may also be required. Assessments are undertaken on behalf of the HSE / NHS via GP referral.

The clinician is also responsible for writing up assessment reports in a timely and professional manner, as well as providing appropriate recommendations and interventions. Additionally, the clinician may be involved in supervising and supporting junior staff members depending on experience.

Qualifications:

CORU / HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist

Must be eligible to work in Ireland.

Experience in conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental/ specialist developmental assessments with children and young people

Experience working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders or mental health difficulties in a clinical setting

Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for autism and ADHD

Knowledge of differential diagnosis

Ideally ADOS-2/ ADI-R trained

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Experience in report writing and record keeping

Additional qualifications in relevant areas of autism and/ or ADHD

Clinical Supervision integral to the role

Role Overview


We are seeking qualified Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychologists to join a Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team. This hybrid role, with some remote working options, covers regions in Southeast Ireland, including South Tipperary, Carlow/Kilkenny, Waterford, and Wexford. Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.

Experience conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental assessments with children.

Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria and relevant assessment tools for Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.

ADOS-2 and ADI-R training (essential).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description

Training to become an L1 Helpdesk Engineer, the participant will learn various tasks including using Ticketing Software to answer Support Calls, log activity tickets and provide first level support. The participant will also develop customer care skills, learn how to ensure customer expectations are met, and enjoy learning about different aspects of Technical Support.

The participant will be trained in the following:

- How to answer incoming support calls and log all tickets in the ConnectWise system

- How to acknowledge and provide first level support for all new calls in ConnectWise

- How to provide first level support to our existing customer base remotely across all disciplines

- How to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded

- How to work on scheduled calls as assigned by the service coordinator

- How to provide call back support for overflow calls during busy periods

Accredited and/or sector recognised training will be provided to support your placement. Participants are eligible to participate in the WPEP QQI Work Experience Module which was developed by the Education & Training Boards in collaboration with the Department of Social Protection. This optional module will fulfil your accredited training requirements for the WPEP.
