As a Process Engineer Lead Dosimetry you will lead a team of professionals, technical and/or administrative staff. You will mentor, coach, and coordinate.

You will execute highly complex or specialized projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, analyze, and report on production line performance, proactively spotting issues that could hinder efficiency. Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to tackle challenges and improve quality and output in your designated areas.

  • Develop specifications and operational guidelines for processing equipment, ensuring that the correct sequence of operations is followed.

  • Diagnose and resolve engineering challenges associated with processes or equipment currently in use.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in processes and procedures.

  • Take the lead on corrective and preventive actions, as well as managing investigations related to process performance.

  • May oversee technical personnel, providing mentorship and guidance to both direct reports and junior staff. Identify essential skills within the team and conduct gap analyses to support development plans and succession strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • NFQ Level 7 Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, or a related discipline.

  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience or a comparable blend of education and professional experience in engineering.

  • Proficient in analyzing data, discussing insights, and resolving intricate analytical issues.

  • Ability to identify negative trends and emerging challenges effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities will be considered a significant advantage.

  • A proactive and innovative approach to tasks is necessary.

  • Familiarity with electron beam, gamma, or other sterilization technologies is preferred.

  • Experience in chemistry, microbiology, or dosimetry laboratory work is advantageous.

As an Operations Quality Engineer you will Analyse quality standards for components, materials or services. Apply measures, sampling methods, testing methodology and other procedures that ensure that quality standards are met. Provide Quality expertise and guidance to Manufacturing/Operations, Technical/Product Test and Incoming Materials to support the manufacture and delivery of quality and compliant products on time, in full and cost effectively to meet the needs of the business and customers.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Conduct inspection, verification and validation of components or materials used in development processes.

+ Provide regular updates to peers and colleagues on project resource requirements and ensure other quality functions are brought into project teams at appropriate points.
+ Report on and support the implementation of actions to reduce the occurrence/reoccurrence of non-conformances within Manufacturing, Product Test and Incoming Material and initiating Exception Reports for discrepancies observed during inspection / testing & review activities.
+ Present and communicate status, report metrics, identify trends potential issues, improvement initiatives and CAPA requirements.
+ Investigating customer complaints and forwarding reports to PQA group and responsible for maintaining Corrective and Preventive Action programs.
+ Responsible for maintaining an appropriate balance of quality, compliance and business risk and responsible for ensuring teams use appropriate risk management tools to prioritize certain activities and justify the level of effort required.
+ Monitor and maintain the quality and compliance status of associated quality records and ensure project teams maintain project records in compliance with Quality System and planned requirements.
+ Support DMR change control and calibration activities.
**Qualifications and Experience**
+ Minimum NFQ Level 7 Qualification in Engineering or Manufacturing qualification
+ 3 years in a Manufacturing / Science or Engineering environment
+ GMP/GDP experience
+ ISO 13485 experience
+ Yellow belt qualification desired.

**About the Role?**
We are seeking several Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers who will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and asset care across the brewery, utilities, and water treatment plants. Focusing on end-to-end maintenance support, you will play a crucial role in both operations and maintenance within a semi-autonomous, shift-based environment, managing SAP process orders and maintenance planning as part of your rotational duties. **?**
**?** You will be instrumental in upholding our health and safety compliance standards, maintaining equipment and systems, ensuring asset availability and reliability to achieve high performance. In addition, you'll be monitoring key performance indicators such as equipment efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
+ Work across key production areas such as raw materials handling, thebrewhouse, the cold block, and utilities plants (water treatment, process utilities, and refrigeration)and support& understand departmental KPI's.

**About you?**

In this role you will be as part of the Business Excellence team. As an Operational Excellence & Lean Specialist, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Kilkenny site. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a passion for Lean methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable business impact.
**_Main Responsibilities_**
+ Lead and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
+ Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to identify and implement process improvements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects aligned with strategic goals.
+ Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to drive efficiency and eliminate waste.

**MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**
The main responsibility of the Training Coordinator is to monitor and complete site training queries, ensuring delivery of safe and effective products that meet customer needs whilst maintaining compliance.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitoring and answering the training queries submitted via the training request system and mailbox.
- Entering new hires/employees into the training system in a timely manner and ensuring the correct training plan is assigned.

**About the role:**
The Compliance & Risk Officer is responsible for overseeing UKG's global payroll function to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines. This individual contributor position involves assessing and mitigating payroll risks, developing compliance policies and procedures, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance payroll processes and systems.
It is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in our Dublin (WeWork - 2 Dublin Landings) or Kilkenny (IDA Business & Technology Park) office and 2 days a week working from home.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Responsible for managing overall SOC-1 business control framework and relevant aspects of the SOC-2 and ISO framework.
- Review and continuously improve our control SOC controls, implementing new controls that add value to our processes and our customers and training Operations teams.
- Driving the automation of our controls to ensure continuous improvement in compliance and reporting.
- Manage internal and external audit process.
- Coordination with CIO to manage dependencies between IT and Business Controls.
- Coordination with centralized Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Legal teams to manage dependencies and proactively mitigate risk
- Monitor changes in legislation affecting payroll and work with the business and legal teams implement necessary adjustments.
- Drive and support the monitoring and tracking of client funds, to ensure clear visibility re status of funds in flight.
- Develop and oversee enhanced processes in relation to receipting, reporting and risk management in respect of client funds.
- Identify and implement other compliance and control frameworks that drive value to our customers and the OneView organisation.
- Continuous assessment, management and reporting on key risks on OneView Operations Risk Register.
- Develop and maintain payroll compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Identify, analyze, and assess payroll risks, including fraud prevention.
- Implement controls and processes to minimize payroll-related risks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of payroll processes and systems.
- Prepare and present payroll compliance reports to senior management.
- Lead investigations into payroll discrepancies or compliance issues.
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the payroll department.
- Facilitate training sessions on payroll compliance for internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll risk and compliance for the organization.
- Evaluate current payroll processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in payroll management.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in risk, compliance and internal controls management in the payroll industry or similar.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws is preferred.
- Experience in implementing payroll compliance programs and conducting audits is preferred.
