**Job summary**
Iron Mountain is looking for a highly motivated and reliable **C1 Logistics Driver** to join our dynamic Records Management team in Dublin.
This role involves the secure and efficient transportation of sensitive documents and media between Iron Mountain facilities and client sites across Ireland. You'll play a critical role in upholding Iron Mountain's commitment to security, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

**Your role in our mission:**
+ Operate a C1 category vehicle safely and efficiently, strictly adhering to all Irish road traffic laws, company policies, tachograph regulations, and driver hour limits.
+ Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, promptly reporting any defects or maintenance requirements.
+ Load and unload vehicles securely, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of all materials.
+ Transport confidential documents, media, and other records management assets between Iron Mountain facilities and client premises throughout Ireland.
+ Perform essential shuttling services between various Iron Mountain sites and client locations within designated regions.
+ Adhere strictly to all security protocols, including chain-of-custody procedures, manifest verification, and secure handling of sensitive materials.
+ Maintain accurate and detailed delivery and collection logs, including digital scanning and documentation as required.
+ Represent Iron Mountain professionally at all times, interacting courteously with clients and colleagues.
+ Communicate effectively with the Logistics Manager and dispatch team regarding route progress, potential delays, or any issues encountered.
+ Assist with other warehouse or logistics duties as needed, including sorting, scanning, and preparing materials for transport.
+ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
+ Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper storage of equipment.
**Valued skills and experience:**
+ Valid Irish C1 Driving Licence is essential, upto 7.5tn
+ Valid Driver CPC qualification is **essential.**
+ Previous experience in the records management or secure logistics industry would be advantageous
+ Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably within a logistics or secure transport environment.
+ Excellent understanding of driving regulations and road networks across Ireland.
+ Strong commitment to security protocols and the confidential handling of sensitive materials.
+ Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
+ A clean driving record is required.

Our Ireland Roads team is seeking a Deputy Project Manager/Principal Engineer with experience in the Roads Sector to be part of a team working on major national road schemes including the 85km A5 Western Transport Corridor, A29 Cookstown Bypass, N/M20 Cork to Limerick Project, and Public Transport schemes. The successful candidate will lead and help grow a team undertaking preliminary and detailed designs for major national Roads schemes and local authority transport improvements across Ireland
**A little more about your role.**
As Deputy Project Manager your role is primarily focused around delivering the core function of providing the project management support on Major Road schemes, including but not limited to delivery management of individual tasks, analysis and problem solving, preparation of briefing plans / progress reports, programme updates and monitoring and completion of financial administration such as in-month updates, month end reporting, and invoicing.
Other supplementary functions of this role will all be based around supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project. These activities will predominantly be focused on Business / Quality Management System processes and tools and could include contract, change, risk or resource management, earned value analysis, project reviews / audits or lessons learnt analysis.
There will also be an expectation that the deputy Project Manager will be capable of leading a team of project staff and, in doing so, provide professional / technical guidance and coaching to ensure that the appropriate skill / knowledge levels are achieved to drive an continuous improvement in our project management service.

**What we will be looking for you to demonstrate.**

The Cultural Heritage and Archaeology team is one of the largest heritage consultancies in the country. Reporting into the Mining Business structure, the primary focus for the Technical Director, Water Resource Engineer includes project delivery and direction, provision of technical expertise in water resources engineering design, business development, understanding and maintaining our existing key client relationships, training and mentoring of junior staff and active development of new client relationships and opportunities in line with our strategy. This role is predominantly within the mining business, with the potential to also work with other local sectors, including infrastructure and land development.
The Technical Director, Water Resource Engineer role is a senior leadership role within the mine water team, with a specific focus on technical excellence, mentorship, business development and project delivery. The role includes responsibility for building and maintaining mine water team project backlog and supporting the day-to-day delivery of projects, with a focus on financial performance, client service excellence and technical service excellence, staff engagement and long-term professional development of technical staff.
+ Provide senior technical direction, review, and sign-off of work within your area of professional practise.
+ Deliver practice-leading consulting services to internal and external clients in the areas of conceptual model development, hydraulics, engineering design, mine water management, stormwater management, flood-lines, hydrology, water conservation and demand management, water balances and mine water management.
+ Direct and review water resource aspects of a range of international mining and water resources projects, including environmental assessments, environmental permitting, and engineering design projects.
+ The type of work undertaken as part of these projects could include the following:
+ Climatic, hydrological, and hydraulic assessments, including fieldwork, data management, data analysis, and modelling;
+ Integrated water management plans and completing conceptual design of water management infrastructure;
+ Water balance modelling to assess water management solutions and to estimate water demand, treatment, storage, and discharge volumes;
+ Pre-feasibility, feasibility and detailed designs of water management infrastructure (e.g. open channels, sewers, culverts, spillways, energy dissipators, holding and settling ponds, pumping systems) including capital and operating cost estimates;
+ Dam break analyses of water and tailings dams, including developing inundation maps, delineating self-rescue zones and classifying dams in terms of risk to population, property and the environment; and
+ Dilution and assimilative capacity assessments of surface water receivers of effluent.
+ Flood Risk Assessments (FRA) and Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) design for land development projects;
+ Assist with developing projects and services which support climate change reporting, resilience and adaptation, including nature-based solutions;
+ Participate in and direct multi-disciplinary project teams on local, regional and international consulting projects, so they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to client and WSP's standards.
+ Achieve and maintain a utilisation target to be agreed with your People Manager and reviewed annually or as determined by specific business need.
+ Undertake project-based travel and site work, working away both in the UK and internationally. The frequency and duration of this will depend on business and client need.
**What we will be looking for you to demonstrate:**
+ Bachelor degree in engineering, hydrology or a related field / postgraduate qualification in engineering or environmental management;
+ Registered Chartered/Professional Engineer or member of a related professional body;

**A little more about your role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join WSP's Mining and Metals business in the UK&I. This position would be involved in the delivery of mine waste projects domestically and internationally, supported by a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists. This is a leadership role with the UK and Ireland Mine Waste team (and globally), and the role will comprise a combination of technical leadership, project direction, business development, and client liaison. Your main responsibilities will include:
+ Deliver consulting services for mine waste projects, which may include the design and inspection of mine waste storage facilities, the construction of tailings deposits, stability and seepage analysis and closure design
+ Work as part of a diverse team of engineers, scientistsand modellers from conceptual design through to detail design and engineering
+ Provide specialised technical input focused on tailings management facilities, water impoundments, waste rock dump design, soil mechanics, soil improvement methods, geosynthetic materials engineering and related civil engineering work for projects worldwide
+ Lead and input into the design and assessment of mine waste facilities, including tailings facilities, water storage facilities, waste rock dumps and integrated waste facilities, from concept design stage, through detailed design stage and into the operational and closure phases of a project
+ Assist project managers in the successful delivery of projects by managing own involvement in projects, including time, budgetand quality control
+ Leading, mentoring, and working with a team of scientists, engineers, and other professionals within the Mine Waste team to support their career development, technical excellence, and commercial awareness.
+ Prepare technical reports, drawings, specifications, bill of quantities, and cost estimates
+ Provide technical direction and supervise junior and intermediate staff
+ Provide input to team strategy development
+ Participating in global corporate technical practice groups with the goal of elevating our technical excellence and visibility in the eyes of our clients.

Leadership
+ Leading and delivering on a specific large complex project or programme of work.
+ Implementing governance frameworks, controls, and reporting mechanisms to ensure effective project/ programme management.
+ Ensuring the project/ programme of works is delivered, safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
+ Delivering the effective development and management of suppliers to meet complex project or programme requirements.
+ Direct and lead the project teams, and enhance the teams' effectiveness by ensuring that the appropriate development is carried out through training, coaching and mentoring.
Client liaison
+ Acting as a principal point of contact for the Client, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the lifecycle of the works.
+ Developing and managing Client relationships, through effective listening and influencing skills.
Stakeholder Management
+ Engaging at a senior level with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and local authorities.
+ Addressing stakeholder concerns and managing expectations effectively.
Commercial and Risk Management
+ Accountable for contracts being managed in line with contract rules of engagement (including NEC3/4).
+ Accountable for the management of project/ programme budgets, tracking, and reporting.
+ Optimising resource utilisation and ensuring financial performance aligns with project/ programme goals.
+ Ensuring that potential key risks to project/ programme are identified and that suitable risk mitigation measures are actioned to suit.
Safety and compliance
+ Being a safety leader, driving safety performance and compliance with Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations. Discharge CDM duties as required by the Client.
+ Ensuring all activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, adhering to corporate governance and standards.
Project/ Programme Planning
+ Managing the project's/ programme's governance, planning, project controls and reporting arrangements according to appropriate requirements and quality.
+ Facilitate reviews of the strategic plan and associated workstreams, monitoring progress, and formally assessing the programme's continued alignment with its objectives, with any interventions identified.
Innovation and Efficiency
+ Driving innovative solutions and implement processes to enhance project/ programme efficiency and productivity. Evaluate and integrate new technologies and methodologies to improve overall performance.
+ Accountability for driving continuous improvement in a structured manner including strategy, efficiency, industry influence and operational improvements with measured benefits. **What we will be looking for you to demonstrate.**
+ A degree in a relevant engineering or management discipline (such as project or construction management, engineering, science, or building).
+ Chartered membership of a relevant professional body, or nearing completion of this status would be advantageous.
+ APM / MSP / PMI / PRINCE2 / Six Sigma certifications are considered beneficial.
+ Experience in project/ programme management, including Technical and Project management, and Project Controls.
+ Experience of working in a senior management role, on multiple significant projects, with demonstrated Client-side project/ programme delivery in a commercial environment.
+ Experience working at a senior level with organisations such as Network Rail, HS2, TfGM, and other rail-related entities is seen as advantageous.
+ Experience in building successful project/ programme delivery teams.
+ Team leader, strategic thinker, demonstrates curiosity, is solution-focused, and responsive to Client issues.
+ Strong commercial focus, business acumen, strategic insight and financially astute.
+ Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Working experience of managing NEC 3/4 contracts.

We are seeking a **Senior or Principal Ecologist** to join our growing Nature Services Team in Naas and work on some engaging projects within a supportive team of technical experts.
We work closely with our sister office in Belfast to deliver a diverse range of projects, including nationally significant infrastructure projects, renewable energy projects, utility refurbishment projects and large Strategic Infrastructure Development (SID) projects.
We collaborate with a range of interrelated disciplines including Biodiversity Net Gain and Natural Capital specialists, arboriculturists, landscape architects, hydrologists, environmental scientists and geotechnical specialists.

As a **Senior or Principal Ecologist** you will be embedded within our Ireland Nature Services Team and will be involved in the following activities:
+ Planning and undertaking ecology surveys including Fossitt habitat surveys and protected species surveys (badger, otter, bat, smooth newt, etc).
+ Preparation of tenders and a range of ecological deliverables including; Preliminary Ecological Appraisals, EIAR chapters and Appropriate Assessment reports.
+ Client liaison and project management.
+ Consultation and negotiation with regulators and stakeholders.
+ Mentoring junior team members.
+ Helping to nurture an enthusiastic, supportive, and productive working environment.
+ Attending regular weekly and monthly Ecology team meetings.
+ Availing of a generous training and career development budget to complete training (in-house and external).
**What we will be looking for you to demonstrate.**
+ An appropriate academic qualification and/or experience in a related discipline.
+ Experience across a range of Irish habitats and ideally has experience with securing derogation licences from the National Parks and Wildlife Service.
+ Experience of Ecological Impact Assessment and writing EIAR chapters.
+ Experience of Appropriate Assessment.
+ Good communication skills, and is solution-focussed and proactive.
