**About the Role?**
We are seeking several Multi-Skilled Technicians who will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and asset care across the brewery, utilities, and water treatment plants. Focusing on end-to-end maintenance support, you will play a crucial role in both operations and maintenance within a semi-autonomous, shift-based environment, managing SAP process orders and maintenance planning as part of your rotational duties. **?**
**?** You will be instrumental in upholding our health and safety compliance standards, maintaining equipment and systems, ensuring asset availability and reliability to achieve high performance. In addition, you'll be monitoring key performance indicators such as equipment efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
+ Work across key production areas such as raw materials handling, thebrewhouse, the cold block, and utilities plants (water treatment, process utilities, and refrigeration)and support& understand departmental KPI's.
+ Uphold safety, quality, food safety, and environmental standards and procedures
+ Collaborate with different teams to effectively identify and resolve equipment-related issues that impact performance and provide a comprehensive maintenance backup service for production activities.
+ Coach operators to performautonomous maintenance tasks, machine operationalsetups, and support growth in equipment capability as required. Support capital work including installation, commissioning, testing within areas as required; responsible for feeding into early equipment management.
+ Ensure all aspects of work order planning are delivered at start-of-shift meetings, including spare parts planning for planned maintenance.
+ Oversight of issuing permits for external contractors. Understand and perform isolations for Diageo and contract personnel
+ Apply Manufacturing Excellence tools and techniques to drive site performance towards world class in terms of customer service and quality
**About you?**
For this role you will be a time served Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation Technician and will have acquired a minimum of the Junior Certificate or equivalent.
In addition, you'll have the following:
+ Ability to organise a variety of tasks and prioritise self and others accordingly
+ Knowledge of PMand Reliability Maintenance techniques
+ Understanding of asset performance and maintenance strategy with excellent process improvement and root cause problem solving skills
+ Knowledge of SAP-PM(Planning, scheduling and execution)

Diageo is a global leader in beverage alcohol with an outstanding collection of brands across spirits and beer categories. These brands include Johnnie Walker, Crown Royal, J&B, Buchanan's and Windsor whiskies, Smirnoff, Cîroc and Ketel One vodkas, Captain Morgan, Baileys, Don Julio, Tanqueray and Guinness.
Diageo's new 200 million state-of-the-art carbon neutral brewery in Newbridge, Co. Kildare will brew lagers and ales including Rockshore, Harp, Smithwick's, Kilkenny and Carlsberg. With a capacity of 2 million hectolitres, it will be the second largest brewing operation in Ireland after St. James's Gate and support the future growth of Diageo Ireland's beer brands.
The state-of-the-art brewery will be powered with 100% renewable energy and will harness the latest process technology to minimise overall energy and water consumption. The target date for the brewery to begin production is 2026 and it will facilitate the growth of overall beer exports from Ireland. It will also facilitate enhanced capacity for the production of the fast-growing Guinness 0.0 at the traditional home of Guinness at St James's Gate in Dublin.
**About the Role**
The Manufacturing Excellence Lead will be integral to the Operations team, responsible for embedding the Manufacturing Excellence (MANEX) framework across all areas of the brewery, utilities, and water treatment plants.
This role will ensure that world-class manufacturing practices are in place from the beginning, driving operational readiness and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.
As the ManEx subject matter expert, you will work closely with both leadership and operations teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and training to ensure engagement with the project rollout.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ The Manufacturing Excellence Lead will spearhead the rollout of the ManEx programme, setting up pillars and work practices for success.
+ You will collaborate with other workstreams, such as Capability, to deliver a comprehensive operational readiness strategy.
+ Key tasks include developing and delivering a ManEx training programme, ensuring asset care and autonomous maintenance pillars are in place, and guiding early equipment management processes.
+ You will also set up the site's continuous improvement culture, implementing problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC and 5Whys, and establish a tiered structure for performance monitoring and daily operations reviews.
+ Additionally, you will drive the site's digitalisation agenda, including the rollout of connected worker platforms and other digital supply chain technologies.
**About You**
+ The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a process environment.
+ A Science or Engineering is advantageous, along with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and digital supply chain technologies.
+ You should have experience leading teams, managing cross-functional projects, and implementing manufacturing excellence tools like 5S, Six Sigma, and reliability-centered maintenance.

As a CBRE Health, Safety and Enviroment Manager, you will take an active role in creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for small to medium-sized clients. The EHS Manager will lead the development of safety/operational standards, procedures and policies and champions the implementation of these systems and programs to improve the region's ability to meet or exceeds industry safety/compliance standards.
This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities across multiple client sites in Ireland.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Promote a positive and proactive culture to influence stakeholders, and to ensure compliance.
+ Assist with implementing and reviewing playbooks, and procedures. Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives drive program consistency and efficiency.
+ Manage initiatives to meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
+ Track operational and safety risks. Develop and manage strategic risk management strategies to avoid potential incidents.
+ Analyze and utilize KPI metrics to track the effectiveness of health & safety initiatives, benchmarking performance against industry standards and internal targets.
+ Monitor injury, illness, and incident reports. Provide recommendations on how to prevent risk.
+ Inspects organization facilities to detect existing or potential incidents and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
+ Monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental regulatory compliance within the account. Work with management to create strategic solutions that improve and maintain compliance as required.
+ Plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
+ Work with stakeholders to identify potential concerns. Communicate findings, concerns, and deficiencies to responsible functional managers.
+ Leads the investigation of incidents and injuries and coordinates the preparation of material and evidence for organization use in client correspondence
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
+ Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. successfully influence and inspire others to work safely and effectively
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
+ Conduct annual merit reviews and prepare evaluations of EHS Supervisor performance. Develop key performance objectives that support Company goals and initiatives.
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Proven Leadership skills and experience in working collaborative with various teams to achieve results.
+ Additional certifications as required by the local authority. Any of the following: Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) or other relative certifications related specifically to EHS, preferred but not required. Formal safety training, education and/or experience will be considered in lieu of the certifications listed above.
+ Must have a high level of enthusiasm for safety.
+ Known as a collaborator, team leader and problem solver.
+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Project Management Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative support to the team. This includes project documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, invoice & pay application processing, and financial reconciliations.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Process documentation for project commitments. Obtain external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders, change directives and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors.
+ Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects amongst teams and clients.
+ Assist with contract administration. This includes attending tender openings and recording results, issuing letters of acceptance and regret, etc.
+ Enter project information and data into project management technology tools.
+ Process invoices and pay applications. Help with project administration deliverables.
+ Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
