The opportunity
We are currently seeking applications at the Associate Consultant level from recent and upcoming graduates.This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients to solve their most difficult and important challenges. The team adopts a methodical and collaborative approach with clients to jointly answer the key strategic questions they are faced with. Examples of the work you will be involved in include:
- Working with senior leaders at clients to help them develop their organisational strategy – including defining the organisation's purpose, outlining its strategic objectives, identifying key customer segments, planning to enter new geographies, building new go-to-market approaches, mapping the capabilities required for success, and tracking performance
- Delivering commercial due diligence to support M&A transactions, on both the buy-side and the sell-side
- Conducting business development activities to win projects with potential clients
- Developing a community within the team by building initiatives, writing thought leadership, getting involved in recruitment, and supporting internal team activities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

IT Resourcing at Ergo are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for a large public sector client based in Dublin city centre. This is a contract day rate role for an intial 12 months and requires 2 days working onsite each week.
What will you do?
- Analyse business goals, services, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Define how technology supports business objectives and validate requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop business models.
- Create functional design documents aligned with business needs.
- Prepare specifications and manage solution development and implementation.
Liaise with management to support process and organisational change.
What do you need?
- IT degree or equivalent
- BA certification
- At least 7 years experience as a business analyst
- Experience working in an ICT environment, infrastructure or telecommunications
- Public sector experience is advantageous
- Experience with HR systems migrations (SAP/Workday/Oracle)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product Development team at Marsh McLennan Innovation Centre (MMCIC) This role will be based in Dublin.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As Senior Business Analyst, you will join a global product leadership team, with responsibility to lead the adaptation of our core product set to a sophisticated Workforce Insights tool and its potential into client-facing, consultant-facing and internal solutions.
This is a unique role where you will be at the forefront of our data sciences evolution benefiting our Marsh and Mercer clients and colleagues. You will assist our Career Product team in its product development and innovation processes and pipelines.
You will help us identify, introduce and embrace approaches that support our data and algorithmic approaches converting our core compensation survey data to actionable metrics and products that will be brought to market quickly. Your work will further develop and enhance our Career business, which specializes in compensation and analytical solutions but may stretch across many subject matter domains.
We will count on you to:
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret compensation survey data, identifying trends and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- R Programming and excel Proficiency: Develop and implement R code for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization to support compensation benchmarking initiatives. Utilize advanced capabilities of Excel to further develop and test our approaches.
- Collaboration with Data Scientists: Work closely with data scientists to design and execute analytical models that enhance the understanding of compensation trends and market positioning.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between analytical solutions and organizational goals.
- Benchmarking Methodology Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of methodologies for compensation benchmarking, ensuring accuracy and relevance in the analysis.

The Team:
The Trade Position Reconciliation (TPR) Team is one of multiple product groups within Enfusion's Product Development and Technology Teams. The TPR Team focuses on building straight-through processing (STP) solutions to and from various third-party vendors used by the fund management industry. Common partners include data providers, trade reconciliation/affirmation platforms, fund admins, PBs, and custodians.
The Role:
Reporting to the TPR lead for elective product management, we are seeking a Product Business Analyst to help develop the team's expertise and use of best practices. This role will expose you to a wide range of stakeholders in the financial services industry, including hedge funds, institutional asset managers and analytics service providers. Success in this role will directly influence Enfusion's ambitious growth and retention goals.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with internal client-facing teams (e.g., Sales, Account & Client Success), third parties (e.g., hedge funds, institutional asset managers, service providers)), and internal technology developers to enable straight-through processing of our portfolio management solution, supporting incoming and outgoing data within the system and how that is processed within the Enfusion system.
- Develop and use in-depth understanding of the multi-asset class investment management process and the supporting technologies to specify clear requirements, design solutions, and create holistic test plans
- Ensure requests from clients and internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Managers, Client Success teams) are handled promptly and appropriately, answered with key insight that stakeholders can practically use
- Strengthen our client and broker relationships through strong delivery, clear business communication, and setting appropriate expectations
- Communicate regularly with the development team to provide guidance on the enhancements required and its prioritization
- Work with developers, testers, and external third parties to comprehensively test new interfaces and ensure sign-off from all stakeholders
- Become a trusted point of contact within the firm for TPR related requests
- Document new developments, as well ascross-train the team and other relevant internal stakeholders about exciting product releases.
- Oversee strategic roadmap initiatives with minimal supervision and independently deliver results through collaboration across all relevant stakeholders
- Participate in complex elective projects which require a technical acumen ,expertise, and critical thinking - specifically in data management, connectivity and process architecture.
- Build new and/or improve existing broker relationships through mutual value propositions that benefit both counterparties., and may help drive company-wide initiatives.
- Identify and help deliver improvements to day-to-day BAU processes with data driven decisions.
- Acts as a product champion who conducts demonstrations and training for support groups.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Desire to create and improve processes, as well as define best practices.
- Understanding of portfolio management, fund accounting, and cash management across a range of financial instruments including knowledge of the Pre and Post Trade Life cycle (Equities, Options, Futures, FX, Fixed Income, CDS, Total Return Swaps, etc.) – this could be through education or actual experience
- Skilled at working effectively and independently with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and oral communication skills and proven ability to effectively communicate with senior and C level management teams.
Highly organized, self-driven, extremely quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced environment where they showcase critical thinking and confidence in the application of their knowledge
Experience in reading code (such as Java) is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of standard protocols like FTP, FIX, API, SOAP and Swift, and any experience with XML or FpML is a strong plus.
