We're building a plug-and-play AI personalisation engine for e-commerce stores. Our product helps brands boost sales and engagement through tailored and interactive shopping experiences.
We've raised raised funding, are close to MVP launch, and now we're ready to scale GTM.
This is a founding team role: you'll shape how we sell, bring in our first customers, and set the tone for future growth.
The Role
As Founding Growth Account Executive, you'll be part hunter, part closer, part builder.
You'll run outbound campaigns, qualify and demo, negotiate and close deals - while feeding insights back into product and playbook. This role is perfect for a 2–3 year BDR/SDR ready to step up into AE, or an AE who wants more ownership.
What You'll Do
- Design and run outbound campaigns
- Qualify leads, run discovery calls, deliver demos, and close accounts
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → closing → onboarding handoff
- Refine messaging, pricing, and objection handling with the founders
- Track pipeline KPIs and run experiments to improve conversion rates
- Lay the foundation for future hires — document cadences, scripts, and playbooks
- Provide structured customer feedback to guide product roadmap
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years in B2B SaaS sales
- Track record of hitting/exceeding quota in outbound sales
- Fluency in English with excellent written + verbal communication
- Confident running demos and negotiations with decision-makers
- CRM & sales tech experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Gong etc)
- Analytical mindset — able to spot pipeline gaps and improve messaging/cadence
- Startup-ready: ambitious, thrives in fast-moving environments
- Comfortable leveraging AI and automation to scale outreach

As a Senior Growth Account Executive you will be responsible for the revenue expansion of your accounts. About this role
As a Udemy Business Growth Enterprise Account Executive you are responsible for developing and acquiring new business sales as well as expansion of your existing client base across UKI and other selected regions, you can either be based in our EMEA HQ in Dublin or in country in France.
What you'll be doing
- Prospect, develop and close new UB sales as well as expansion of existing client accounts across a range of companies in the UKI and selected regions.
- Ensure a strong and consistent outbound cadence with a view to bringing multiple new logos to Udemy
- Achieve revenue and activity targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Develop and execute on territory plans to deliver on revenue targets
- Create and deliver sales forecast, updates and share best practices with the team
- Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Content, etc. to drive the business forward
What you'll have
- We are looking for a highly motivated, over-achieving "hunter and closer" who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, who has a value consultative selling approach
- Min. 5+ years of closing experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, CRM platforms or software platform solutions
- Can negotiate business terms with line-of-business.
- Capability to bring together multiple buyers in the same company to build groundswell while leveraging partners within Udemy to effectively evangelize the solution

Your responsibilities
What will I be doing?
- Preparing costings for clients through Tourplan and client's platforms, with the aim of maximising margins and revenue
- Producing quotations within an agreed time frame and in an agreed presentation style
- Ensuring timely invoices are being raised in Tourplan and send to clients
- Managing post-sale customer care
- Actively communicating and raising challenges from clients and markets
- Liaising with the Contracting Team to ensure product range evolves with customer requirements
- Monitoring performance and suggesting activities to enhance performance
- Willingness to travel when required
- Handling and qualifying customer enquiries by phone and email
