We're looking for a talented and adaptable Accountant to join our dynamic team . Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, this hybrid role will give you the opportunity to oversee the General Ledger (GL) and Trial Balance for entities, ensuring smooth monthly reporting to our US headquarters in line with the agreed close cycle. Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly reporting for assigned entities in both US GAAP and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with all local regulations (including accounts and direct/indirect tax returns).
- Manage the transition and preparation of statutory accounts from US GAAP to local GAAP for your assigned entities.
- Conduct analytical reviews of monthly and quarterly data, responding to queries from local reporting managers and head office following monthly reviews.

- Experience with monthly reporting in a multinational, multi-currency company, with a proven ability to continuously improve processes and systems for greater efficiency. Previous experience in software or high-tech companies would be highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with Oracle Financials or similar systems, along with excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external business partners effectively.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periods.
