Proactively analyse financial data to identify and address potential accounting issues on an ongoing basis, ensuring compliance with US and International GAAP. Solve complex accounting problems and develop innovative solutions when resolving issues. Demonstrate understanding of intercompany relationships and organisational structures (e.g., segments, legal entities) required to record both intercompany and intersegment transactions. Perform financial variance analysis and provide explanations (period-over-period actuals) for Income statement, Balance sheet and Cash flow projections. Partner with peers in other finance teams to streamline processes and implement best practice across geographies.
