- 5–8 years' experience in financial services, ideally within compliance, legal, or risk.
- Strong understanding of IT-related regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulations in a technology environment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI, and MS Teams.
Desirable:
- Experience with regulatory compliance tools (e.g. Cube).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
