The Marketing Analytics Manager plays a crucial role within the broader Marketing Operations (MOps) team. This individual will take the lead on strategic global initiatives designed to sustain and enhance the team's effectiveness within the Marketing department and beyond. The primary focus is to serve as a strategic, trusted analytics partner to Marketing teams in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), delivering data-driven, actionable insights that shape marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance. This includes analyzing program impact, ROI, and forecasts, as well as building dashboards and custom reports to track trends and outcomes of marketing initiatives in alignment with company goals.
This role will have a critical role in refining the overall go-to-market strategy by fostering cross-functional team collaboration and providing insightful recommendations.

**Main Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the subject matter expert for all standard metrics, reporting, methodologies, processes, and domain knowledge for the marketing organization
+ Analyze extensive marketing data and omni-channel interactions to make recommendations on optimal marketing mixes and ideal customer journeys
+ Lead analytical deep dives to understand regional funnel drivers and opportunities for marketing performance improvement, including, but not limited to, global/regional marketing performance, marketing program ROI, and funnel analysis. Identify areas of opportunity and propose innovation and iterations
+ Collaborate with internal marketing teams to understand pain points, providing data-driven insights and guidance
+ Manage data-related quality, accuracy, and availability of our dashboards and reports
+ Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and reduce time-to-insights
+ Manage roadmaps, projects, stakeholders' needs, and prioritization in line with the company and Marketing strategies
+ Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations (MOPS) and Sales Operations (SOPS) stakeholders to prioritize and execute strategic projects aligned with MongoDB's go-to-market goals
+ Lead the implementation of new analytical reports, including creating how-to guides and enablement materials post-launch.
+ Identify and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items effectively
**Requirements**
+ 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or operations.
+ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau and Excel. Working knowledge of platforms such as Eloqua/Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience collaborating and influencing cross-functional stakeholders

Role Mission: Provide operational support for global pharmacovigilance activities related to Grifols' investigational and marketed products. **Responsibilities**
+ Drive technical sales with decision makers using demos and PoCs to influence solution design and enable production deployments.
+ Lead hands-on engagements-hackathons and architecture workshops-to accelerate adoption of Microsoft's cloud platforms.
+ Build trusted relationships with platform leads, co-designing secure, scalable architectures and solutions
+ Resolve technical blockers and objections, collaborating with engineering to share insights and improve products.
+ Maintain deep proficiency in Analytics Portfolio: Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, DW, real-time intelligence, BI, Copilot), Cloud & AI Databricks, Purview Data Governance and Cloud & AI Databases: SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL.
+ Maintain and grow proficiency in on-prem EDW (Teradata, Netezza, Exadata), Hadoop & BI solutions.
+ Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in cloud Database & Analytics communities and customer forums
**Qualifications**
+ Solid technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
+ Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
+ Proficienton Cloud & AI Databases (SQL DB, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL) from migration & modernize and creating new AI apps.
+ Proficienton Cloud & AI Analytics (Fabric, Cloud & AI Databricks, Purview) and competitors (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake) in data warehouse, data lake, big data, analytics, real-time intelligent, and reporting using integrated Data Security & Governance.
+ Proven ability to lead technical engagements (e.g., hackathons, PoCs, MVPs) that drive production-scale outcomes.
