**What you'll do**
+ Take ownership and delivery on components (Java/Kotlin) within the Core Prime Brokerage platform. Hands-on Development.
+ Actively contribute to an agile development, applying and improving skills in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices. Implement and maintain developer-led automated testing solutions. Participate in the ongoing refinement of SDLC, agile and DevOps processes.
+ Participate in design, planning and estimation discussions within the team.

**Overview**
SMBC are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Agile DevOps Toolchain Lead to join our team. This pivotal role will drive the implementation, adoption, and governance of enterprise-level agile tooling that supports the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have hands on technical experience in integrating agile practices and DevOps tooling into SDLC processes. You will be responsible for defining and evolving tooling standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams and control functions to ensure consistent, scalable, and value-driven use of the Development Tooling Platform.

**Responsibilities**
+ Acts as a subject matter expert for Enterprise Agile Tooling (e.g. Jira, Trello, Atlassian plugins, planning poker), managing product backlogs, vendor relationships, upgrades, feature adoption, and integrations with SDLC tooling.
+ Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancements of agile tooling ensuring alignment with SDLC processes and regulatory requirements.
+ Evaluate, select, and configure agile tools and technologies to support efficient software development and delivery.
+ Define and maintain key delivery metrics and dashboards (e.g., velocity, throughput, WIP, risk posture) tailored for both executive and operational stakeholders.
+ Develop and deliver training sessions, playbooks, and knowledge assets to promote best practices and consistent usage of agile tooling across the organization.
+ Ensure seamless integration of agile tooling with DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD platforms, test automation frameworks, and governance processes (e.g., risk assessments, code scanning, change management)
+ Collaborate closely with engineering, delivery, security, risk, and compliance teams to gather requirements and ensure the tooling ecosystem supports enterprise-wide KPIs, KRIs, KCIs, and policy adherence.
**Qualifications**
+ At least 7 years of experience in agile delivery, enterprise tooling, or software development lifecycle roles.
+ At least 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level agile tooling implementation, administration and user onboarding (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
+ Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certification is required. Atlassian/JIRA Cloud is preferred.
+ Additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or SAFe Agilist are desirable.
+ Proven experience working in regulated environments, with exposure to audit, compliance, and control frameworks.
+ Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Jenkins, SonarQube).
+ Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a collaborative approach to working across cross-functional teams.

Project Manager – DeltaV & Agile/Scrum

Job Summary:

Horizon Controls Group are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with DeltaV expertise to lead and coordinate automation/control system projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Emerson DeltaV DCS systems, along with proven experience managing complex projects in an Agile/Scrum environment, preferably with a Scrum Master certification.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end automation/control system projects involving DeltaV DCS systems.

**Your role and responsibilities**
You will directly manage a team of developers and lead them to design and deliver impactful and valuable platform features across our Cloudability product and help operate the Cloudability product suite and help scale our platform to support our growing engineering community and customer base. You will partner with product managers, designers, and other engineering leaders to build/refine the product roadmap and establish engineering goals. You will collaborate with the leadership team to continuously manage trade-offs between scope, resources and time during the development lifecycle.
