About The Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Consultant to lead and deliver transformative AI-powered solutions across our client base and internal operations. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of Microsoft's AI ecosystem (CoPilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry) and next-gen automation tooling such as Rewst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Delivery – Microsoft AI Ecosystem

  • Design and deliver solutions using Microsoft CoPilot Studio including custom copilots, orchestration flows, and generative AI plug-ins.

  • Leverage Azure AI Foundry to enable scalable, production-ready AI deployments, including use case ideation, prototyping, fine-tuning, and governance.
  • Identify, scope, and implement high-value AI use cases that align with client goals and measurable ROI.
  • Advise on prompt engineering, RAG patterns, data readiness, and MLOps within the Microsoft stack.
  • Lead the design and implementation of internal automations tools such as Rewst CoPilot studio, Power Automate.
  • Lead the design and implementation of internal automations of Agile Development projects powered by AI-first principles.
  • Collaborate across departments to identify time-consuming or repetitive tasks that can be streamlined.
  • Build, test, and deploy automations that reduce human error and improve operational efficiency.

  • Skills and Experience

Essential

  • 3+ years' experience in a consulting, digital transformation, or solutions delivery role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly CoPilot Studio.
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, or Azure AI Foundry concepts (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt flow, data grounding).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML principles, prompt engineering, and modern LLMs.
  • Experience delivering automation workflows (preferably with tools like Rewst, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills—comfortable leading client conversations and internal enablement.

Desirable

  • Actively working towards Microsoft Certifications (e.g., AI-102, PL-600, or equivalent).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex Finance technology solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Leading interactions with senior client stakeholders to resolve important questions and challenges regarding the solution design, plan and budget of a complex Finance technology implementation
  • Leading diverse experts working across various teams, including Finance business stakeholders, workstream leads, system and functional experts, technical architects, developers and others to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution. Representing and explaining project progress to the most senior client stakeholders
  • Ensuring the application of best practices in project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the overall programme team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Skills And Attributes For Success
To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years delivering finance technology projects with a blue-chip consulting firm.
  • Experience with delivering Finance technology and reporting systems for example SAP, Oracle.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience of the full lifecycle of delivery on large scale Finance technology programmes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in delivering business value from technology as well as communicating the value to senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Stakeholder management and working collaboratively with Development and Testing teams to deliver high quality solutions that meet client and user business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Platform Administration

  • Manage Power BI tenant settings, policies, and Premium capacities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for supporting the implementation of SAP S/4HANA General Ledger, with a keen focus on banking clients:

  • Process and record all financial & GL transactions in chart of accounts, inter & intra company accounts, banks & cash clearing accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, pre-close reporting, ME/QE/YE close processes and other ad hoc reporting and activities in compliance with IFRS9 and EU/UK/US GAAP, financial policies and procedures.
  • Apply knowledge of Core SAP Financials in configuration including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Closing & Statutory Reporting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) including Tax, Payments & Banking.
  • Integrate key points of SAP FICO and other SAP modules including COPA, SD, MM, PS.
  • Implement configuration of document splitting for full balance sheet reporting by different lines of businesses within a company code (knowledge/experience required).
  • Provide expertise on accounting principles and practices to a variety of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting and other fiscal functions within client engagement.
  • Define and execute an agile delivery approach to requirements gathering and analysis for changes in general ledger and resulting processes.
  • Lead design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our banking clients needs and propose best practice solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • A third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance certified or accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) with experience in SAP
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience working in a banking client facing role for a leading consulting or (good to have) professional services company in delivery of large-scale complex change/transformation programmes or systems integration programmes in SAP Finance implementations
  • A solid understanding of core financial processes and the implementation of best practice solutions in the SAP Finance space for global banking or insurance clients
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP finance processes such as new general ledger, finance general ledger processing, accruals, bank accounting, asset accounting, management accounting (CO), profitability analysis, cash management, credit management and budgeting / planning
  • Proven experience of full-cycle SAP implementation projects through all phases and associated deliverables for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
  • Proven experience with demonstrable understanding of SAP S/4HANA general ledgers concepts and processing
  • Proven experience in leading IT change projects with a range of streams, partners and technologies (incl. IT infrastructure, IT Security, IT Operations, IT applications etc.) across the full delivery lifecycle is desirable but not essential
  • Strong ability to be a team player, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach across the team
  • Proven ability to lead teams and build and leverage relationships with key client stakeholders

Your Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with an expertise in Banking and / or Credit domain. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding business needs, defining requirements, and analysing complex processes to implement effective banking and/or credit solutions.

  • Work with FS clients to develop and prioritise change requirements (epics and user stories) and document same
  • Work with FS clients to develop supporting design documentation e.g. process maps, decision papers, customer journey artefacts, business cases
  • Help clients align project outcomes with technology/business strategy by acting as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders
  • Help identify problems, opportunities and ideate methods for improving existing business processes and workflows

You will become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA. Your secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate design workshops to gain a clear understanding and help gather our client's industry and business requirements
  • Learning about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY's Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements
  • Designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements for Warehouse Layouts, including inbound goods movement processes, outbound logistics processes, internal warehouse operations, Physical inventory processes, materials staging & returns, Batch & Serial Number Management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Layout and master data requirements, Process oriented and layout-oriented storage control, Value Added Services within EWM,
  • Familiarity with integration scenarios with key S/4Hana ERP modules like Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, Transportation Management, Global Trade Services.
  • Producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.

  • Executing Integration testing and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing
  • Supporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise-Build, Realise-Test, and Deploy

You will become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA. Your secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. In this role, you will help develop high-performing individuals and teams, leading and supporting them to deliver exceptional client services.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops to understand client requirements and design integrated SAP manufacturing solutions, including PP (Production Planning), PP/DS (Detailed Scheduling), Production Execution, and Manufacturing Systems Integration
  • Oversee the full manufacturing lifecycle, from demand planning and MRP to shop floor execution and delivery, leveraging S/4HANA's capabilities.
  • Configure and customise SAP PP and PP / DS functionalities for finite scheduling, sequencing, and resource optimisation, ensuring efficient production and minimising bottlenecks.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of scalable, reliable SAP manufacturing architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Produce design and configuration documentation, functional and migration specs, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Share best practices, mentor team members, support sales activities, and facilitate client events.

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience delivering in SAP PP and PP/DS Functional areas with a proven track record of successful implementations and support
  • Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
  • In depth knowledge of SAP PP and PP/DS modules, including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clients

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Relevant SAP certifications in Manufacturing or related modules
  • Experience with Synchronised Planning Processes integrated with SAP IBP or related Integrated Business Planning Solutions
  • Proven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP Manufacturing solutions

  • Designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements

  • Producing key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.

  • Accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities supporting the Order to Cash workstream, order management, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and customer order related reporting

  • Executing Integration testing and supporting other testing activities such as UAT or performance testing

  • Supporting the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise-Build, Realise-Test, and Deploy

  • Sharing knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other firm disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP team

  • Supporting the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, supporting sales activities, and facilitating client events

To qualify for the role, you should have

  • A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position
  • 7+ years' experience in SAP Sales Distribution implementations, with a minimum of 2 years' specifically in a consulting capacity for internal or external clients
  • Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios

  • Proven experience in SAP application design, and configuration of technology solutions to support SD business processes

  • Strong functional configuration and experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA SD best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios

  • Strong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Relevant SAP certifications in Sales & Distribution or related modules
