Key Responsibilities
AI Training & Adoption

Harnessing Built-in AI in Enterprise Application
- Identify and optimize AI capabilities in ERP, CRM, BIM, and other core systems.

Qualifications

- Act as a regional sales overlay, co-selling with account teams to qualify, scope, and accelerate AI sales opportunities
- Run sales cycles end to end in partnership with the selling team, closing complex AI deals in your region
- Implement AI workflows with customers, leveraging deal discovery and POC requirements to generate AI revenue
- Own and build out one of our internal team pillars: 1) Sales Motions & Programs 2) Sales & EPD Programs 3) Technical Sales Motions & Programs 4) Team Processes & Reporting
- Serve as an AI thought leader for customers and the field, translating business problems into practical AI workflows and shaping our Custom Agents narrative

About The Role
As an AI Annotation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and accuracy of AI models. Your primary responsibility will be to create, evaluate, and refine question-answer pairs that simulate real-world scenarios. By leveraging your linguistic expertise and cultural knowledge, you'll help ensure that AI systems provide relevant and contextually accurate responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve LLM performance.
- Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
- Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.
- Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.
- Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.
- Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.
- Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.
- Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.
Requirements
We're looking for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and passionate about working with data. Key qualifications include:
- High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level as per CEFR).
- Fluent in one of the following languages: Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Indonesian, Portuguese, Slovenian, Slovak, Swedish or Vietnamese (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
- Undergraduate degree or higher qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
