The purpose of the role is to monitor the fleet's daily operations, continuing airworthiness and coordination of Line Maintenance activities with our contracted line maintenance providers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Control and planning of the day to day scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using the AMOS Maintenance co-ordination module
  • Coordinate planned work packs and unscheduled tasks with contracted AMOs
  • Conduct the daily engineering meeting the AMO and the CAMO; Monitor all spare parts movements for items approaching expiry
  • Prepare daily shift reports and keep the Flight Operations team informed of any operational restrictions across the fleet. Complete occurrence reports of any known or suspected occurrences
  • Participate in new aircraft delivery and Base Maintenance projects
  • Other duties as may reasonably be directed by the Technical Services Manager

Qualifications:

  • 737 Experience
  • Knowledge of maintenance methods, Part M and Continuing Airworthiness standards

The Line Maintenance Manager is the Nominated Person, acceptable to the Authority as required by EASA Part 145.A.30 (b). Position:

Purpose: To support the Line Maintenance Manager in the management of Line Maintenance activities for the airline and to deputise in his/her absence.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the aeronautical industry in a leadership or equivalent capacity.
  • Relevant aeronautical degree or EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
  • Strong practical experience and expertise in aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft systems and structures through formal training courses.
  • Solid background in maintenance methods, planning, and quality management.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations (EASA Part 145 / Part M / Part CAMO and UK CAA requirements).
  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
