**Team**
You will be part of the certification engineering team in ServiceNow. This team is responsible for validating the architecture and technical components of scoped apps developed by Build partners before they get published on ServiceNow store. The team also develops and maintains tools on ServiceNow platform to automate the manual processes involved in the evaluation of the partner as well as ServiceNow applications.
**Role**
As a Sr Certification Engineer, you will be responsible for technical validation of partner apps built on ServiceNow platform. You need to ensure that the partner app adheres to the recommended best practices in terms of platform sanity, security and performance.

As a Sr Certification Engineer, you will be a member of the store app certification engineering team working on a centralised certification service. The certification team is responsible for Implementation Reviews of Scoped Applications certified on ServiceNow Store, which allow submitted content to be reviewed and certified against best practices and security on the ServiceNow platform.

Red Hat's Global Engineering team is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join the Agentic and AI Engineering Tools team. In this role, you'll contribute directly to Red Hat's rapidly growing AI/ML family of products and will be responsible for developing and maintaining test strategies and frameworks, designing and implementing automated tests, and closely supporting DevOps and Release Engineers. + Work in a cross-functional team to ensure the quality and delivery of a seamless kernel experience for the Red Hat In-Vehicle Operating System in alignment with functional safety requirements
+ Design, develop and maintain automated test suites written in Python, Bash, and C; develop frameworks to simplify test development and automation related to hardware.
+ Onboard automated tests into a continuous integration (CI) workflow. - Perform both automated and manual testing. Debug, report, and track issues and verify fixes.

**What you will bring:**

**Detailed Description**
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

+ Develop and support offline test methods to support the rapid diagnosis of failed products allowing for test process optimization, with a focus on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield.
+ Supporting reliability testing of new products.
+ Conducting statistical and trend analysis of test results to guide process improvement.
+ Maintenance of existing legacy software, test fixtures and test equipment (fault finding to component level).
+ Responsible for the validation and ongoing calibration and conformance of all test hardware & software
+ Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to detect and solve product and test yield and performance issues
+ Develop improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, test time reductions and OEE
+ Recommend solutions to technical issues and participate in architecting solutions
