**Team**
You will be part of the certification engineering team in ServiceNow. This team is responsible for validating the architecture and technical components of scoped apps developed by Build partners before they get published on ServiceNow store. The team also develops and maintains tools on ServiceNow platform to automate the manual processes involved in the evaluation of the partner as well as ServiceNow applications.
**Role**
As a Sr Certification Engineer, you will be responsible for technical validation of partner apps built on ServiceNow platform. You need to ensure that the partner app adheres to the recommended best practices in terms of platform sanity, security and performance.

As a Sr Certification Engineer, you will be a member of the store app certification engineering team working on a centralised certification service. The certification team is responsible for Implementation Reviews of Scoped Applications certified on ServiceNow Store, which allow submitted content to be reviewed and certified against best practices and security on the ServiceNow platform.
**In this role, you will utilise your experience to:**
+ Provide guidance to ServiceNow Build Partners on platform best practices, security requirements, including remediation advice and potential feature enhancements.

**To be successful in this role you have:**
+ Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
+ 7+ years of experience hands-on software development
+ Strong scripting/development skills (ex: JavaScript, Python, Go, Ruby, Java, etc).

The Red Hat Quality Engineering team is seeking an Software Quality Engineer to join us. This team serves as the final checkpoint before code is released to the public. In this role, you will perform function, integration, and automation testing on Red Hat's cloud infrastructure project, Red Hat OpenStack Platform.

The Red Hat Quality Engineering team is seeking an Software Quality Engineer to join us. This team serves as the final checkpoint before code is released to the public. In this role, you will perform function, integration, and automation testing on Red Hat's cloud infrastructure project, Red Hat OpenStack Platform.
The team focus is network architectures and solutions. You'll be encouraged to come up with innovative solutions to problems while you work alongside some of the brightest engineers in the open source community. **What you will do**
+ Participate in the Ret Hat's OpenStack release cycle testing.
+ Solve problems, perform deep root cause analysis and write accurate bug reports.
+ Develop and Implement automatic test scenarios alongside the open source community.
+ Design and develop testing framework in Python for various environments of cloud infrastructure.
+ Configuring and installing various network devices and services
+ Participate in the design sessions of the product side by side with cloud architects and project managers to scope, prioritize new features and propose appropriate test strategies
+ Develop and maintain automation jobs using Jenkins, Python, and Ansible
+ Constantly learn new things and maintain an overview of current technologies.
**What you will bring**
+ Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or other Linux/UNIX-like operating systems
+ Coding abilities using Python, Java, or Shell
+ Knowledge and understanding of OSI networking layers 2 and 3
+ Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
+ Experience with cloud computing environments or virtualization technologies like Openstack, AWS, VMware, KVM, or Xen is a plus
+ Experience with continuous integration is a plus
+ Experience with tools as Ansible or Git/Github or other version control system is a plus

+ Work in a cross-functional team to ensure the quality and delivery of a seamless kernel experience for the Red Hat In-Vehicle Operating System in alignment with functional safety requirements
+ Design, develop and maintain automated test suites written in Python, Bash, and C; develop frameworks to simplify test development and automation related to hardware.
+ Onboard automated tests into a continuous integration (CI) workflow. - Perform both automated and manual testing. Debug, report, and track issues and verify fixes.
+ Assure continued quality and user experience of tested products and assess quality of newly developed and planned features.
+ Document and maintain test specifications and test reports.
+ Provide timely, complete, and accurate test status reports to all stakeholders
+ Work with software engineers, quality engineers, and product and project managers to analyze and prioritize quality risks, identify tests required to mitigate them, and ascertain the appropriate test levels
+ Focus on delivering customer value, analyze feedback, and enhance test coverage by automation
