Architectural Design Manager

- Have relevant work experience, ideally in multi-unit residential and commercial projects.
- Are fully familiar with current Planning and Building Control regulations and processes.
- Have experience of BCMS platform and process.
- Are proactive in keeping abreast of new technology developments and industry regulations.
- Are interested in seeing projects on site, including attending site visits/ inspections, dealing with day-to-day site queries.
- Possess excellent AutoCAD and/or Revit skills with competence in other relevant software packages.
- Have a track record of working successfully across teams and ability to prioritise different project stages.
Knowledge of BIM standards and practices an advantage.

Proficiency in Revit is essential, as is a good understanding of Irish building regulations, technical standards, and construction methodologies. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are key, along with a genuine passion for producing high-quality, buildable architecture.

Architectural Technologist
with a minimum of a Bachelors degree . The successful candidate will have experience working within architectural design team and be proficient in Revit with a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience.
This role will see you work closely with the Cpac Design, Procurement, Production and Construction team, also with main design stream & clients. You will co-ordinate and review design information with client design team and will have the opportunity to work on various exciting projects across different education, commercial and healthcare projects. You will be responsible for:
- taking traditional architects design and redesign it to a modular fully and TGD & other Irish industry standards compliant buildings;
- carry the U-Value, Daylight Factor, Purge and Background Ventilation Calculation to ensure the building is designed to comply with design requirements;
- prepare full Tender, Design, Construction and As-Build drawing packages in Revit;
- prepare Submittals and Installation Drawings to Lead Architect approval;
- assisting and reporting directly to Senior Design Manager;
- responsible for Liaising and co-ordinating meetings with the design team, appointed subcontractors and clients.
Essential Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Technology or related field
Skills:
- High level of proficiency in Revit, with 2+ years working experience
- 3+ years' post qualification experience across a variety of project types
- Excellent technical skills in modelling, preparation drawings and details in Revit is essential.
- A good understanding and experience working with current Irish building regulations is essential.
- Knowledge of the Statutory Consent processes (Planning, FSCA and DAC) and current
