Job Requirements

Having an integral role in each design team, Technologists are involved in preparation and development of planning, tender and construction drawings. Broadly, for these roles it is expected that you:

• Have relevant work experience, ideally in multi-unit residential and commercial projects.
• Are fully familiar with current Planning and Building Control regulations and processes.
• Have experience of BCMS platform and process.
• Are proactive in keeping abreast of new technology developments and industry regulations.
• Are interested in seeing projects on site, including attending site visits/ inspections, dealing with day-to-day site queries.
• Possess excellent AutoCAD and/or Revit skills with competence in other relevant software packages.
• Have a track record of working successfully across teams and ability to prioritise different project stages.

Knowledge of BIM standards and practices an advantage.

About You

Proficiency in Revit is essential, as is a good understanding of Irish building regulations, technical standards, and construction methodologies. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach are key, along with a genuine passion for producing high-quality, buildable architecture.

Essential Education:
