The EMEA payroll department is a highly motivated and dynamic team of 6 professionals working across 10 diverse locations. You will play a crucial role in supporting payroll functions across multiple regions, gaining invaluable experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Performs daily payroll activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll production of assigned payrolls including complex and year-end activities
- Reviews payroll adjustment requests to ensure proper authorization and compliance with corporate policies, employment tax & other payroll-related laws
- Responds to payroll inquiries from all levels throughout the organization to explain pay, adjustments to pay, and impact of policies, tax law and related changes.
- Analyses existing policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with tax & other payroll-related laws and regulations.
- Works directly with vendors and/or reviews payroll system or applications to ensure changes submitted are correctly reflected on the payroll
- Prepares and/or monitors payroll tax and general ledger accounts/activities, and works with Finance to reconcile discrepancies, and process or advise on appropriate accounting transactions to keep accounts in balance
- Researches and monitors regulatory and legislative changes impacting payroll areas of responsibility to ensure ongoing compliance
- Responsible for input or review of country/regional metrics for assigned payrolls and any other applicable and/or requested management reports

Concept Development
- Working collaboratively with the creative teams and Consultant to ensure that work produced is on brief
- Arrange WIP review meetings with the creative team(s), Consultant and Associate Director

Budget Management
- Work with Consultant to supply accurate estimates to client within 48 hours of concept approval
- Update estimate throughout lifecycle of job to reflect scope changes
- Ensure a PO is received prior to the commencement of job
- All POs raised for third parties.
- Suppliers to be made aware of payment terms
- Invoice in a timely manner
- Ensure that all agency time and all external costs are recouped, without exception
- Reconcile all jobs prior to invoicing. Ensure that all hours and third party costs are invoiced accurately
- Maintain all internal financial documents (e.g. Financial Tracker, Outstanding PO report etc.), sharing with the team as appropriate
Campaign Analysis
- Facilitate the monitoring / tracking of work, inputting data and producing reports as requested
- Proactively seek out competitor information, and relevant information other sectors and territories
- Ensure accurate filing of all relevant campaign and competitor materials for future use

- Suggest areas for additional agency revenue opportunities where possible - including organic growth of clients

As an Associate EIA Consultant within WSP you will work with a range of technical environmental specialists and design teams across multiple sectors to lead environmental teams and inputs to project designs and assessments. You will be instrumental in improving the environmental performance for a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors.
The role would suit an enthusiastic individual looking to influence, lead and deliver environmental elements of engineering projects, within a wide range of sectors including rail, highways, energy and commercial / residential, from feasibility through to planning, detailed design, construction and handover / maintenance. You will have responsibility for leading projects including tasks relating to recruitment, bidding, project team management, project delivery, and financial management.
- Delivery of Environmental Impact Assessment Reports
- Taking ownership of projects from inception to completion and providing regular project updates to the environment team director and clients;
- Project Lead on EIA projects involving multidisciplinary teams;
- Technical lead in a discipline as related to EIA an advantage e.g. ecology, noise or air quality;
- Preparing planning applications, licences, permits and annual environmental reports e.g. waste licences;
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment in Ireland including planning and permitting/licensing requirements;

You'll work on high-profile MEP and data centre projects, providing trusted cost advice, delivering commercial excellence, and supporting our reputation as a preferred service provider. From feasibility to final account, you'll help our clients achieve exceptional outcomes while developing your skills in a collaborative, innovation-led environment.
What We're Looking For
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- MRICS / MSCSI qualified (or working towards)
- Experience in MEP or CSA projects within data centres or other complex sectors (healthcare, offices, residential, hospitality, fit out, refurbishment)
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in CostX (or other cost planning software)
- Understanding of sustainability and data skills (e.g., carbon assessment, Power BI)
- Contract administration skills
- Pre- and post-contract experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Organised, proactive, and commercially astute team player with a can‑do attitude

As an Associate Technical Consultant at Workvivo, your role involves supporting customers by addressing queries and troubleshooting technical issues. In particular you will provide technical expertise on Authentication (e.g. SSO) and User Provisioning (e.g. SCIM API). You will also build a repository of resources and become an expert on our platform. Additionally, you will represent the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights with the Product team for continual improvement. This is an entry-level associate level role ideal for recent graduates

Responsibilities
- Leading IT calls with our Customers' technical teams to set-up and configure Single Sign On & UserProvisioning
- Being the technical point of contact for our Customers
- Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Identifying trends in customer issues and communicate with the wider team
- Empathizing with every aspect of the Customer journey, putting customers' needs first
- Troubleshooting issues, reproducing defects and documenting bugs for our engineering teams
- Communicating with customers and colleagues and resolve issues through email, chat or Zoom
What we're looking for
- Possess experience in a similar role or customer-facing role
- Wield experience with SQL and experience writing SQL queries
- Able to resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner
- Have experience with identifying trends in customer issues and knowledge-sharing with the wider team
- Able to lead IT calls with our customers' technical teams to set up and configure SSO & User Provisioning
- Be able to provide best in class support by communicating with empathy to drive issues to resolution
