This role will be responsible for leading the product marketing and communications for Mastercard Connect, Mastercard's B2B platform that enables our customers to manage and grow their business. In this role you will be a communications champion internally and externally to build awareness and excitement for Mastercard Connect, partner with product leaders and key internal stakeholders to market releases and new developments. You will execute and advance our product marketing and communication strategies; align and prioritize initiatives with forward looking strategic view and successfully commercialize platform capabilities both internally and externally with customers.
Overview

About the Opportunity

Contentful is looking for a Senior Manager to join the Product Strategy and BizOps team to help scale our business. What to expect?

As a member of the Product Strategy and BizOps team, you will become a trusted advisor to Contentful's executives and functional leaders, particularly our Chief Product Officer and Chief Technical Officer, and work on high-impact, top priority issues facing the business. This is a hybrid role in a small high impact team (currently one direct report), combining individual contribution with people leadership, delivering and leading work directly, coaching other Product leads and team members, and leading through others across the business.

  • Being a thought partner to senior product leadership: in shaping the strategic product vision and narrative for the company, ensuring effective communication of this in partnership internally and externally, partnering with teams such as our marketing and analyst relation teams

What you need to be successful Essential:

Within this gap in the market, a new funds FinTech player has developed a data platform that can bring disparate data streams together to aid performance monitoring, reporting and of course, to inform the investment decision. Your role will be tomanage the intersection between clients and their most optimal data sources. In short, youll be setting up and streamlining how they integrate with banks, pricing providers and other complex portfolio management systems. On top of that, youll be assessing how best to establish an efficient link to the less standard data sets such as private equity valuations or derivatives. Core Competencies At a hands-on level,your bread & butter will be data feeds. That means liaising with technical specialists, assessing if FTP or STFP connections are set up correctly and generally figuring out how the flow of investment data into the platform will work best. To succeed at this will be more about your knowledge of funds, investment products and corporate actions and the investment sphere generally. This means leading the daily operations for data feeds andwhen something breaks down - figuring out how to fix it. Ensuring accuracy, speed and efficiency are core to operations - as they must be. In looking at the bigger picture, your role can be further broken down into 2 main areas - Product and Data Strategy. On the product side, youll betaking the lead on how the platform is set-up and working with clients to design a structure that delivers the type of insights and analytics they need. Youll be assessing both the data inputs that are needed and also how that translates to outputs in the form of reporting deliverables, how it syncs with accounting systems, etc. Further down the road, your focus will includespotting opportunities where the platform can drive automation.Harnessing the power of AI also being very much on the agenda in the firms vision of what the platform can offer. Role Overview
We're seeking a visionary Product Development Director to lead the creation of next-generation solutions within our New Product Development portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with deep product management expertise, a passion for building from zero-to-one, and bonus points for experience in adtech or digital media ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products from concept to market.
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for high-impact initiatives aligned with Mastercard's strategic goals.
- Partner with engineering, design, CX&D, and data teams to prototype, test, and iterate on new product ideas - overseeing the development of features in the product roadmap
- Prioritize development of features as they align against product strategy

- 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record of launching new products and scaling them in dynamic environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity with clarity and confidence.
- Experience with adtech, martech, or data-driven media platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence across a matrixed organization.

Within Foundry, the Manager, Product Development will be supporting the execution of new to market product development - including the identification, execution, and in-market delivery of new products and solutions. The responsibilities will include execution of near-term opportunities that drive significant in year revenue and strategic differentiation for Mastercard.
The role:
- Contribute to the development of product concepts and prototypes, independently owning and delivering key workstreams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and CX&D teams to validate concepts and conduct market testing, taking full ownership of critical deliverables.
- Lead or support the creation of business cases and strategic planning for individual product initiatives.
- Drive ideation for new-to-market products and solutions through workshop facilitation and the creation of compelling collateral.
- Develop and deliver high-quality collateral to support internal decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate cross-functional engagement and ensure timely follow-through on all resulting actions.
- Provide prioritized product requirements in partnership with CXD, Product, and data engineering teams.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Navigate a matrixed organization to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes within tight timelines.

Product Development Engineer – Medical Device Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development Engineer to join a fast-paced and innovative medical device team. This role is central to the design, development, and optimization of next-generation medical technologies, involving both hardware and software components. You will work cross-functionally to bring products from concept through to commercialization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and a strong focus on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:

  • Lead product development activities from design and prototyping to testing, validation, and market launch.

  • Collaborate with Operations, QA/RA, Technical Support, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth and compliant product development.

  • Partner with Product Management to define product strategies and technical requirements aligned with business goals.

  • Define design inputs, conduct feasibility studies, and contribute to the development of technical documentation including design history files and technical files.

  • Work on embedded systems, firmware, and software development to support fully integrated device functionality.

  • Conduct risk assessments and support the implementation of risk management strategies.

  • Optimize designs for manufacturability, scalability, and performance.

  • Manage the full product development lifecycle and ensure adherence to regulatory and quality requirements.

  • Participate in design reviews and prototype evaluations, offering technical guidance across departments.

  • Degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline).

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in product development, preferably in the medical device sector or a closely related field.

  • Proven background in taking medical devices from concept to market launch.

  • Solid understanding of design controls, validation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).

  • Proficient in both hardware and software product design, prototyping, and testing.

  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.

  • Familiar with risk management techniques (e.g., FMEA) and regulatory documentation practices.
