**Europe Regulatory Office Mission:** Responsible for the implementation, administration, and oversight of a regulatory and governance program supporting our compliance with EU DORA, NIS 2 and UK CTP Regime.
**Job Summary:** Senior Lead, Risk Management and Controls will be responsible for identifying relevant, regulated accounts and onboarding them to our regulatory compliance program. This role involves participating and coordinating governance activities across first, second, and third lines of defense functions ensuring an integrated approach to compliance. Additionally, the role includes performing regular reviews and controls assessments to identify improvements and track progress as well as playing a key role in regulator examinations. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in risk management, communication and IT security control frameworks.
**Key Responsibilities** **:**
+ Account Identification: Identify relevant, regulated customers, using automation where possible, and provide guidance to those account teams in the onboarding process.
+ Governance: Establish, participate and coordinate governance activities across first (Delivery/Accounts), Second (Security Assurance, Business Controls), and Third (Corporate Audit) lines of defense driving alignment and establishing best practices.
+ Reviews and Controls Assessments: Perform regular reviews of governance/risk activities (MSAC, QCM, SOC) as well as ICT security controls assessments. Design improvements where appropriate and track implementation.
+ Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
+ ICT Security Controls: Leverage knowledge of ICT security control frameworks to enhance security measures on regulated accounts and infrastructure.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders (BC, CAS, CISO, S&R, Delivery) on cohesive risk management practices.
+ Reporting: Develop, prepare and present appropriate compliance metrics and reporting to senior management and exam teams.
**Who You Are**
Qualifications/Skills:
+ Strong understanding of ICT security control frameworks (NIST; ISO 27002)
+ Excellent analytical, and communication skills.
+ 7+ years experience with corporate governance and related activities.
+ Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications/experience:
+ Project Management Professional (PMP)
+ Certification in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
+ Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Job Purpose The Security Systems Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance 24/7 for all security systems and equipment (Central Search, VCP, all access controlled doors and areas) across Dublin Airport. The successful candidate will also function as the Radiation Protection Officer (RPO), maintaining compliance with EPA regulations. ?Responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of all Dublin Airports security systems. ?Be the Subject Matter Expert from a technical and engineering perspective for all security systems and equipment, including passenger and cabin baggage screening, Autopass Gates PILs doors , access control doors, and auxiliary screening and locking equipment. ?Responsible for ensuring compliance of security equipment maintenance activities at Dublin Airport. ?Leading further development and maintenance of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for asset tracking, planning, and reporting ?Leading the Audit and Inspection of Asset Management security equipment. The Doctoral Candidate will join the recently launched 6G-TERRAIN Doctoral Network, which is funded by the Horizon Europe Research Program through the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions, under the title: "6G TERrestrial & non-teRrestrial integration through an AI-Native architecture."
The 6G-TERRAIN project is a collaboration of six outstanding EU academic and private-sector partners that redefines network design through the "Network of Networks" vision. By integrating terrestrial and non-terrestrial systems with AI and advanced sensing, it drives innovation towards the 6G era and fosters the development of next-generation expertise.
**Your role and responsibilities**
The Doctoral Candidate, hosted by IBM Research Europe (Ireland), will undertake research on advanced Native AI and Generative AI approaches for 6G telecommunication networks. The project will focus on:
1.GenAI- and Agentic AI-driven resource management, enabling adaptive and resilient 6G network operations.
2.Native AI optimization techniques to improve performance while reducing complexity in highly dynamic environments.
3.Self-configuration and self-management mechanisms, allowing networks to autonomously detect, adapt to, and resolve resource conflicts.
The expected outcomes of this project are:
i. Composable analytics schemes based on Agentic AI, leveraging meta-learning to dynamically integrate multiple AI-driven functions to achieve resource optimization and efficiency.
ii. Validation results, demonstrating the efficiency and robustness of resource allocation, conflict resolution, and self-optimization under realistic 6G scenarios.
The Doctoral Candidate will be offered a full-time contract, as well as enrolment in a PhD program. The Doctoral Candidate Fellowship is offered under very attractive employment conditions and competitive salary, which includes all employer and employee's taxes and contributions, in compliance with the Marie Curie Innovative Doctoral Networks.
In addition to developing their research project, the Doctoral Candidate will:
-Learn to master academic writing and author journal publications.
-Present their work at project workshops, plenary meetings, and top-tier international conferences.

-Contribute to the supervision of undergraduate students.
