The M&A Commercial Architect (CA) team is accountable for overseeing and driving the commercial technical workstream from an architecture and solutions perspective
RESPONSIBILITIES:
CONSULT TECHNICAL DUE DILIGENCE FOR MASTERCARD ACQUISITIONS AND INVESTMENTS
Technical Due Diligence is completed on all potential acquisition target companies. As a M&A CA you will partner with the A&T Program Manager, Technical Architect (TA), M&A TA and ONE M&A Program Manager and be responsible for all things technical from the commercial workstream of this phase.
Due diligence includes partnering with the target company, Mastercard Operations Network & Employee Experience, Architecture and Technology, Security, Developer Tools and Experiences, Business Operations, Global Customer Care, Data Strategy/Compliance, M&A TA and M&A Program Managers to gain a detailed understanding of the technologies, policies, principles and architecture used by the target company within the commercial workshop charter.
These findings are then reconciled with Mastercard's own policies, principles and technologies to identify where the target company aligns well, and where they fail to meet expected criteria.

Office-assigned Stripes in most of our locations are currently expected to spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €72,000 - €108,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Participates in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), tests and validates various system programs and/or software to support quality control practices. Supports the refinement of internal processes and procedures
• Develops the relationships within IT and the business needed to facilitate completion of tasks.
• Develops a detailed understanding of supported functional areas
• Supports continuous improvement of standards for application and data security within applications
• Accountable for assigned tasks within results-based project plans and meeting timelines for detailed tasks and deliverables.
• Supports the development of business cases
• Researches and recommends upgrades or replacements for tools, methods, and technology and helps coordinate upgrades of complex applications
• Serves as an initial point of contact for analysis and resolution of complex problems. Researches problem solving tools and techniques and evaluates applicability to specific problems within assigned area
• Helps drive improvements in technology under the direction of the Solutions Architect
• Reviews current frameworks and solutions, challenges status quo, and consistently suggests potential alternative approaches and points of view

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Education: BS Degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Participates in EHS&S & RD&E technology roadmap management along with business partners
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Quality Management System technology roadmap for quality processes.
  • Partner with business counterparts to own and manage the Plant Maintenance Management technology roadmap for the enterprise CMMS tool set.
