We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation and Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing email marketing ,social media platforms and telephone skills to generate inbound leads, driving business growth, and expanding our client base. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, good humour and analytical skills to effectively attract and engage potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to generate qualified leads through email marketing campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets, utilizing various tools and platforms.
  • Create and manage engaging content across email and social media channels to attract and nurture leads.
  • Strong telephone and interpersonal skills with ability to close appointments for sales team.

Email Marketing:

  • Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and client engagement.
  • Segment email lists based on demographics, behaviors, and engagement levels to ensure targeted messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to inform future strategies.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company's presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Qualifications:
