Description:
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading commercial law firm, who are seeking a Senior Associate - Banking & Finance to join their growing Dublin team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex and cross-border finance transactions for global clients across a broad spectrum of financial sectors.
The role will suit a technically strong, commercially minded lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE and experience working in a fast-paced finance environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to deepen their banking and capital markets expertise within a dynamic, market-leading team.

The Role:
• Advise on a wide range of complex banking and capital markets transactions
• Work on corporate banking, property and development finance, fund financing, and distressed asset transactions
• Act for banks, non-bank lenders, hedge funds, PE firms and real estate investors
• Support transactions involving asset finance (aviation and maritime), securitisation, derivatives and structured finance
• Contribute to thought leadership and development of internal legal know-how
• Play a key role in business development and client relationship management
The Person:
• Qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
• Minimum 4 years' PQE with a strong background in banking and finance
• Experience gained in a top-tier Irish or international law firm preferred
• Excellent technical drafting, transaction management and client-facing skills
• Proactive and organised with the ability to manage a busy caseload
• Interest in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team growth
