This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious team as Sales Executive, with a focus on driving revenue growth across leisure, corporate, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) markets. The Role As Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding the resorts client base and strengthening existing partnerships. This is a results-driven position suited to someone with a passion for luxury hospitality and a proven ability to deliver revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, and MICE segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate partners. Conduct site visits, presentations, and networking events to showcase the resorts unique offerings. Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities. Collaborate with marketing to create and execute promotional campaigns. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and client needs to adapt sales strategies. Represent the resort at industry events, both in Ireland and internationally. About You Experience in sales within the luxury hospitality or high-end service sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-driven, with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and events.
