**FULL TIME WORKING 37.5 HOURS OVER 5 DAYS A WEEK**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The main objective of the Brand Ambassador is to deliver sales targets as part of the team in their account by meeting Coty's customer service and sales standards. As well as ensuring excellence of execution. The individual should have a strong sales background and proven experience in beauty with a high level of make-up artistry and preferred fragrance knowledge.
Your main focus :
+ Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs
+ Lead by example be a brand ambassador, protecting the equity for Coty brands and adhere to Company uniform and grooming guidelines.
+ Be fully aware of all company and retailer initiatives relevant to your account
+ Strong working relationships with the Coty in store team and develop and maintain relationships with retailer staff and management
+ Use of iPad for email, reporting and VM guidelines
+ Build relationships with customers to influence and sell and upsell

The team consists of a Kylie Business Manager, Kylie Assistant Business Manager and 2 Brand Ambassadors and you will work closely together with several departments such as the Retail Management Team, Visual Merchandising Team, National Account Manager, Regional Education Ambassador and Area Manager . All your colleagues are sales focused make-up artist experts within our Kylie portfolio . Working in the team, you will need to be passionate and ambitious to succeed and proud to represent this luxury brand.

**YOU ARE A COTY FIT**
As an experienced Brand Ambassador working in beauty retail, you have a deep passion for makeup and luxury brands and enjoys owning and driving the business as it was your own. You get energy from working in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
Other than that, you:
+ Have knowledge and experience in makeup artistry, skincare experience would also be desirable
+ Experience working with luxury beauty brands
+ Strong sales background; working towards and managing targets
+ Ability to build strong relationships with instore retail teams

Key Responsibilities: Foundations (Martech Stack): Oversee the integration and optimization of the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless management and accountability.
Lead the configuration and integration of Hub Spot (Marketing Automation Platform - MAP) and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) with appropriate automations and controls Conduct audits of peripheral tools/platforms such as Linked In, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Zoom Info.
Recommend and implement appropriate controls to ensure data integrity before integration into CRM/MAP.
Operations & Processes: Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework for marketing and sales data management.
Define best practices for data collection and management, establishing controls to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Audit and consolidate marketing assets such as forms and lists to improve management and efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to clean and optimize data for accurate reporting.
Develop a clear framework for understanding KPIs, metrics, and targets, addressing gaps in current processes.
Lead the development and enhancement of reporting dashboards on Hub Spot ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Strategy: Act as a strategic partner in the design stage of new marketing initiatives, ensuring operations are integrated from the outset.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies and drive business growth.
Qualifications: 2-5 years of proven experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2 B environment with a strong understanding of various marketing technologies across automation, reporting, and advertising Expertise in CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms, particularly Dynamics and Hub Spot.
Advanced spreadsheet skills, and SQL is a plus Strong analytical skills with experience in data governance and reporting Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

The Global Associate Director is the Procurement authority responsible for creating and driving Marketing and Sales Procurement related activity across Clorox's Care & Connection and Health & Hygiene Groups, domestically (USA) and internationally (AMEA, CANADA & LATAM), combined spend responsibility globally across all subcategories. The Associate Director is a thought leader with an external focus who brings a deep understanding of best practices in the Indirect Procurement space and who will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute category strategies to maximize value for the business. This includes creating a vision for Global Marketing & Sales Procurement, partnering with stakeholders globally, developing long term sourcing strategies, leading agency pitches and evaluations, negotiating contract terms; building strong agency relationships and identifying ways to maximize the return on investment from Clorox's A&SP spend.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Drive Category Management and Procurement activities across Marketing and Sales Indirect spend, designing a Marketing Procurement Vision aligned with the organization's growth mode, implementing and executing procurement strategies across all subcategories, addressing governance, compliance, capability building, and embracing the new procurement operating model to develop a holistic approach to optimize the entire procurement process and drive value creation, unlocking opportunities to deliver continuous savings, positive cash flow, as well as performance and process improvement to deliver growth for Clorox.
+ Build and develop a global team of 5 people and perform training for all direct reports around Category Management with best-in-class Procurement activities, such as sourcing strategies and new capabilities development, performing contract audits and spend analysis, leveraging data and analytics to assess ROI of marketing budget, conducting competitive bidding and RFP processes, negotiations of commercial agreements, implementing vendor (agency) and stakeholder management, risk mitigation, among others, whilst boosting agility and innovation across the category.
+ Thought leader in Procurement activities across all the Global Sourcing organization at Clorox, with passion for developing world-class sourcing team, representing the Procurement Function in the alignment and prioritization of key business needs, adopting industry-leading practices, leveraging technology and data analytics, and fostering collaboration across departments, to drive value creation, procurement excellence, and deliver measurable results with clear KPIs.

**What we look for:**
Years and Type of Experience:
+ 8-10 years progressive procurement experience. Marketing & Sales experience is preferred, but other procurement domains will be considered.
+ At least 5 years of experience leading a team of high-performing procurement professionals.
+ 4+ years of experience in developing category strategies and strong working knowledge of the marketing agency environment sourcing one or more of the following: Creative, Insights, Media, etc.
+ Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (strategic sourcing management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, etc.)
+ Work experience in an international environment and matrix organizations.
Skills and Abilities:
+ Results oriented individual with solid proven track record in delivering value (cost and cash).
+ Strong negotiation, analytical, and influencing skills. Great at building cross-functional relationships with ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to creatively solve business problems pragmatically and at speed, working with a high level of independence.
+ Strong digital fluency with knowledge of and experience with Procurement Tech stacks.
+ Planning and organization skills-Ability to establish work plans, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business situations clearly. High degree of fluency in written and spoken English is required.
+ Drive continuous improvement in procurement expertise.
Education Level/Degree:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field required.
+ Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
