We are looking for a creative and hands-on
Brand Development Manager

About the Role:

Summary:

Reporting to the Brand Director (BD) the key focus of the Brand Manager (BM) role will be to develop and implement the annual brand plans in accordance with budgets & global Maison strategies. The BM will also be expected to manage several third-party agencies and service providers as well as ensuring that all brand trade marketing plans are developed costed to budget, communicated and executed through the sales force.

One of the key relationships to be managed in this role is that of the shareholder Moët Hennessy. The shareholder will have regular involvement in how their brands are managed in the marketplace and the BM will support the BD in managing this relationship. It will be the responsibility of the BD & BM team to develop solutions that have shareholder buy-in and support for short and long-term growth for MH Champagne & Wine brands in the Irish market.

Excellence with Moët Hennessy:

· The BM should revert to queries from the shareholder in a timely fashion and to a high standard.

Expected Profile of the Successful Candidate

Experience:

· At 5 years' FMCG experience working in a Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing function.

· A track record in the development and execution of below-the-line activity plans.

· Management of below-the-line agencies, printers and other third-party suppliers.

· A proven commercial awareness regarding revenue generation and cost reduction.

· Demonstrate budget management experience.

Brand Manager, Wholesale Division

(Full Time, Permanent, Hybrid)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to harness their skills and join our Marketing Team. The successful candidate will will have responsibility for implementing marketing plans to contribute to the growth and development of BWG's leading portfoilio of wholesale brands which encompasses both B2C and B2B brands. This person will work cross-functionally across the wholesale portfolio but will be the wholesale marketing specialist within the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside the Marketing Manager in the development and management of identifying, planning and executing brand plans and campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
  • Deliver an engaging and exciting brand sponsorship and partnership programme.
  • Digital and social media planning, activation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to provide local marketing support.
  • Support and oversee promotional activity with relevant stakeholders to further sales growth.
  • Manage marketing plans for design projects, category support, own brand and fresh food concepts.
  • Drive brand initiatives such as trade events, awards events, conferences and PR activities.
  • Supporting the management and administration of marketing budgets.
  • Assisting with all on-going marketing and sales support activities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Be educated to degree standard or equivalent preferably in Marketing or Business-related degree.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role (preferably FMCG).
  • Experienced in managing external agency partners and suppliers.
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritise and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and influence skills.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Excellent I.T. skills in particular Microsoft Office products.
  • Full clean driving licence is essential.
