Job Description
Duties: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the construction crew, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure all works are carried out in line with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Provide guidance to the team, delegate tasks, and monitor progress.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement schedules and plans.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust schedules where necessary.
Manage and maintain inventory of construction materials, equipment, and tools.
Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, conducting toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Requirements: 5+ years experience working as a Construction Foreman, preferably on residential projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Thorough understanding of safety regulations and proven ability to enforce compliance.
Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
