Responsibilities: Coordination & Team Management: Oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages, support the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, package managers), and foster a strong culture of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental practices.
Project Planning & Execution: Plan and monitor procurement, design, and installation activities, develop CSA delivery strategies, support creation of sub-contract scopes, and manage site operations, schedules, and sub-contractor activities.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict Quality Assurance/Control in partnership with QA/QC teams, review client design for standards compliance, and maintain all documentation.
Communication & Coordination: Liaise with design teams to align information flow with the construction schedule, chair weekly meetings with CSA suppliers, and attend essential project reviews and coordination meetings.
Project Close-Out & Reporting: Manage project close-out items (Punch List, Safety/QA files), submit daily/weekly reports to project management, support commercial change management, and review all MEP-related builders works for integration.
Requirements Relevant Engineering or Construction discipline qualification.
6 years+ experience in a similar role.
Strong background in delivering CSA work packages.
Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.
Excellent leadership skills - Ability to delegate, prioritise workloads, run productive meetings and be a role model for others.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Benefits: Salary €90,000 to €100,000 DOE Generous living away allowance paid in addition to salary.

Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Mechanical Construction Manager role or similar.
Trade background or relevant third-level qualification in engineering or construction.
Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors and construction programmes effectively.
This Mechanical Construction Manager will need a strong knowledge of the complete design and construction lifecycle.
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
Full, clean drivers licence.
Benefits: Salary: €75,000 - €90,000 DOE.

This is a high-priority rolebased at the companys Cork facility.
As Electrical Construction Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex electrical installations safely, on time, and to specification.
This is a key leadership role within the business and offers significant scope for professional development and long-term progression.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage the full life cycle of electrical construction projects across commercial and industrial sites.
Oversee the planning, installation, and commissioning of all electrical systems, including containment, lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and data infrastructure.
Supervise and coordinate on-site teams including electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.
Review technical drawings and specifications; ensure works are delivered according to client and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and other contractors to maintain seamless site coordination and efficient workflows.
Monitor project progress, address issues or delays proactively, and maintain comprehensive site documentation.
Ensure full compliance with Safe Electric standards, HSA guidelines, and internal safety procedures.
Lead inspections, testing, and verification activities during construction phases.
Contribute to continuous improvement in on-site safety, operational efficiency, and team performance.
What Are We Looking For? Fully qualified electrician with a National Craft Certificate or relevant third-level qualification.
5+ years post-qualification experience working in industrial or commercial electrical installations.
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or construction management role.
Strong technical knowledge of: Electrical containment systems 3-phase power and distribution Lighting systems Fire alarms Data cabling Experience managing RAMS, permit-to-work systems, and safety documentation.
Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to quality and safety culture.
Electrical Testing & Verification certification is a strong advantage.
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent is desirable.
