The Business, Analysis and Reporting (BAR) team is a key partner for all value streams across Payment Integrity. The BAR team's mission is to develop and sustain a deep understanding of our business's operations and associated data (operational and financial), to create and maintain the metrics, reporting, modeling, and analysis needed to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.

We have an exciting opportunity for an
Associate Director of Business Analysis & Reporting
, partnering with the Data Mining and Recoveries value stream within Non-Clinical Payment Integrity services. This individual will lead the Data Mining and Recoveries BAR team to deliver and maintain reporting and analysis, illustrating daily / weekly / monthly / annual business results. This individual will lead the forecasting and results measurement process, which tracks key performance indicators against internal budget and forecasted targets. This individual will have the ability to use data and performance measures, to understand key drivers and provide insight and recommendations to our Data Mining and Recoveries partners.

Schedule
: Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct and manage Business Analysis & Reporting activity for Data Mining and Recoveries operations team, which includes analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning
  • Partner with and foster critical relationships with key partners in Operations, Finance and Partner Services
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver regular reporting, analysis, trends and meet savings validation targets
  • Develop, support, and present ad-hoc client and operational reports
  • Represent business operations owners/leaders as necessary to report on and explain results

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR equivalent experience
  • Experience managing complex business/operations and financial analyses, both at the business and individual client level

  • Experience presenting business/operations and financial analyses to internal and external clients and senior executives
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Power Point and Access)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare operations
  • Ability to design and build effective written presentations and present complex analyses
  • Ability to review the analysis and interpretation of others' work
  • Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows, and providing evaluations, benchmarks, and/or process improvement recommendations

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role is focused on driving data-driven strategy across six managed golf venues and two luxury golf tourism brands. It will focus on extracting and analysing data from key operational platforms to uncover insights into visitor behaviour, golf traveler trends, and revenue performance.

Strategic Focus

  • Generate actionable customer insights from golfers at our venues and users of our travel brands.
  • Design and implement self-service BI solutions that enable teams across the organisation to independently access, explore, and apply data in their decision-making.
  • Develop clear, compelling visualisations and executive summaries that effectively communicate insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Contribute to long-term business strategy by identifying trends in customer behaviour, engagement, market dynamics, operational performance, and commercial outcomes.
  • Champion data literacy across the organization, from front-line staff to senior leadership.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Aggregate and analyse data from core operations platforms, including tee sheet and member management systems, itinerary management platforms, CRM, and EPOS.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on operational performance, behaviours and emerging trends.
  • Analyse client booking patterns; lead times, demand cycles, visitor profiles, and repeat behaviour.
  • Collaborate with venue managers to identify operational trends and recommend improvements.
  • Provide commercial teams with actionable insights to support product and pricing decisions.
  • Assist with the rollout of new reporting processes and the integration of additional data sources.

Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Familiarity with golf, tourism, or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience building dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Proficient in handling and transforming multi-source datasets.
  • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer behaviour insights into actionable recommendations.
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.

  • Own the full dashboard lifecycle: data ingestion, modelling, visualization, publishing, and accuracy.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that track performance at regional and metro levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, automate reporting, and manage enhancements.
  • Partner with Operations, Program Managers, and Engineering to align outputs with business needs and drive adoption.
  • Apply governance principles to ensure secure, compliant, and optimized reporting environments.

What are the requires skills and experience?

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a related field
  • Expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service), including DAX, data modelling, and deployment pipelines with strong BI principles and data storytelling skills.
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations with regional/global stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting streams and prioritize by business impact.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data architecture with experience integrating Power BI with operational platforms and/or Background in energy, sustainability, or infrastructure reporting are preferred.

Role and Responsibilities
:

Looking for a BI Developer with OBIEE experience working with SQL Server, delivering enterprise-level BI solutions.

What's involved:

  • Contribute to data architecture strategy.
  • Design and deliver BI solutions within the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
  • Mentor internal staff in BI project lifecycle and OBIEE+.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Support BI server administration and upgrades.

What you need:

  • 7+ years' BI development experience with strong PL/SQL skills.
  • Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) expertise – development, repository design, server admin.
  • Extensive Data Warehouse design & implementation experience.
  • Hands-on with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • SQL & PL/SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with BI Publisher and Cloud Analytics solutions.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
