We are looking for Business Development Managers for the FM industry in Ireland

What will you do?

  • Hunt down new business opportunities across public and private sectors like a caffeinated bloodhound
  • Charm the socks off clients (figuratively. usually)
  • Build relationships so strong they should be reinforced with steel
  • Develop strategies, compelling pitches, and proposals that make our clients exalt (We are not just another FM provider)
  • Work with Operations teams to make the impossible a reality

If you are:

  • Part detective, part therapist, part spreadsheet warrior
  • You've got experience in B2B business development - ideally within Facilities Management hard and soft services, energy management or related industries
  • You understand the power of good service and even better relationships
  • You're strategic, self-motivated, and a natural communicator
  • You're as comfortable at a boardroom table as you are on a site tour
  • You see potential in people, places, and possibilities
  • Fluent in PowerPoint, persuasion, and comprehensive follow-ups
  • Obsessed with KPIs and Dashboards and still cool at conferences
  • Able to sell ice to penguins, then offer maintenance on the ice
