Commercial Finance Business Partner We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Finance Business Partner, a role which is an integral role within the Commercial Finance function of the business. This role will require a high degree of autonomy, working closely with the Finance and Sales management teams to provide high quality commercial support and insight to our Corporate customers. The role will involve management of all financial aspects relevant to this area of our business, to include ongoing maintenance of all financial data relevant to contracts, internal and external reporting requirements, process and systems optimisation, commercial analysis and insights, etc Key Accountabilities: Business Partner with senior commercial owners in the area and to financial and non-financial teams to provide all stakeholders with insightful commercial and financial support and analysis in order to help with their decision-making. Proactive interaction and collaboration with key customer contacts in a professional and reliable manner, to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver as needed, at all times working to maintain and further develop the customer relationship. Ensure optimum service delivery levels and customer satisfaction as it relates to customer contract support provided by the Commercial Finance function. Bottom-up assessment and appraisal of all financial processes and routines related to Corporate customers, identify those that can be automated or otherwise streamlined and develop and execute project plans to implement full automation. Develop business requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis. Operate as a key link between the Commercial Finance and Business Technology teams through which requirements flow. Support the governance, control and automation of all processes related to pricing of Corporate customers. Create safeguards for future revenues through the development and improvement of pricing control activities. Identify, own and further develop the commercial KPI's and related dashboards and reports to understand and drive commercial performance. Responsible for consistent and clear commercial and financial reporting on a weekly /monthly / other periodic basis for the Management and Leadership teams. Partner with relevant business units and teams to review current insights and prepare new insights on commercial and operational trends as they relate to our corporate customers in order to evaluate, monitor and drive business performance. Lead robust analysis to support the prioritisation of profit enhancing opportunities. Daily interaction with Senior Management to influence senior stakeholders on business decisions and strategy. Involvement in the motivation and development of a team of commercial analysts, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Project management of internal projects to drive change and improvements to the overall Commercial Finance function. Requirements: Experience working within a dynamic fast-moving environment working to tight deadlines.
