The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop General Manager to lead a vibrant and successful Coffee Shop operation in Dublin 6. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the café. This includes managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will be a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, food, and team development. Our client is a well-established, high-quality Coffee shop brand, known for excellence in service, fresh and innovative food offerings, and creating welcoming environments. Located in the heart of Dublin 6. The Duties: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and smooth service. Lead, motivate, and train a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff. Maintain high standards of customer service and food hygiene. Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships. Implement and oversee all health & safety and food safety standards. Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Drive initiatives to increase footfall and customer loyalty. Work closely with senior management on strategic goals and improvements. The Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a managerial role within a cafeeé or hospitality environment. Proven leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety protocols. Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs. Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa and relocation packages are not provided. **Team/Role Overview**
The role will involve the development, implementation & testing of new functionality and reporting requirements for FABR (funding asset backed repo) deals in the collateral management team.
The role will also include working on client change requests and global strategic projects.
This role has become available given a number of new deals for FABR support in the NAM region that require technology implementation and continued support for client change requests.
The position will be based in Dublin but the successful candidate will work with global teams (APAC, EMEA & NAM).
**What you'll do**
+ Manage the on-boarding of new client requirements for FABR (funding asset backed repo) deals in collateral operations
+ Develop functionality to enable an automated technology workflow for supporting these deals
+ Lead end to end roll out - including business analysis, requirements writing and testing. Dealing directly with clients is required.
+ Manage creation of test scripts/cases for execution in user acceptance testing (both internal and external) phases
+ Monitor / Execute planned test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system; in accordance with the prescribed test plan
+ Record any defects found during the testing process, reviewing existing defects raised and provide input into the business to enable effective prioritisation
+ Ensure adherence to project governance standards, the test policy/strategy and processes
+ Work closely with the technology organization to determine product/process feasibility.
+ Work on global strategic projects for automation and risk reduction
+ Document, execute and communicate on end to end business test strategies across the full development life cycle.
+ Work with the operations team to ensure they are kept up to date with the implementation of any new functionality and provide handovers and training.
+ Analyze, document and make recommendations for any enhancements that need to be made to operating processes and flows.
