We’re seeking future team member/s for the role of Associate / Senior Associate, Fund/Client Representative to join our Central Expense team . This role is located in Dublin, Ireland – Hybrid (4 days a week in office).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support routine expense-related activities for funds, including invoice processing and basic budgeting tasks.
- Assist in preparing fund expense budgets and gather necessary data for analysis.
- Process fund expense invoices and monitor payment status for clients.
- Prepare basic comparisons of budgeted expenses versus actual expenses.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to senior team members for resolution.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial operations or fund accounting preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Due to growth in our business we are recruiting a number of experienced Fund Accountants in ETF & Basket Services to join our Fund Services Ireland team . This role is located in Dublin, Ireland and will be working in a hybrid working environment (in office 4 days a week).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conduct accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and moderately complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports.
- Perform Fund/Client Accounting responsibilities in the areas of driving Service Improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes and specialist review functions. Check the work of more junior team members.
- Responsible for cash and asset reconciliations related to more intricate accounts or transactions within assigned funds. Perform reconciliation of account expenses for more complex transactions and ensure they are allocated appropriately. Escalate atypical transactions to senior team members.
- Draft reports for clients regarding the performance of funds and may review first draft reports completed by more junior staff.
- Interact with clients in answering questions regarding fund reports and accounting processes.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all work within the team.
- Ensure adherence to BNY standard policies, procedures and controls at all times.
- Manage the basket production workflow to service multiple clients/funds.
- Review data and assist in resolving escalated problems that may arise during the normal daily, weekly or monthly accounting and reporting.
- Ensure client concerns/requests are addressed as soon as possible and within an agreed timetable.
- Supervise/manage the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized team of fund administrators/fund accounting support team.
- Assist, as required, with planning, testing and implementation of internal and client driven projects.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-15 years total work experience is highly preferred.
- Big 4 accounting firm experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Ability to communicate any significant operational issues that arise to Manager.
- IT literate – proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure and independently.
- Experience within a similar environment.
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
Develop and manage annual service charge budgets for both buildings and associated grounds.
Review and approve invoices and expenditure in line with JLL’s policies and regulations.
Undertake quarterly budget reviews, assist with year-end service charge reconciliations, and support external audits as required.
Occupier and Client Engagement

**Data Scientists** working within the Optum Ireland R&D team supporting Optum Home and Community are developing cutting edge analytical products from one of the world's richest healthcare datasets. You will be at the intersection of business, technology and data science. This role will play a critical part in developing the next generation value-based care analytic engine.
**Working Schedule** :
This is a full-time position with standard working hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Be an independent thinker and advocate of data science methods, software engineering, and applications
+ Research, develop and apply new innovative analytics methods and technologies from other domains to healthcare data
+ The ability for critical thinking outside your immediate sphere of responsibility
+ Work with autonomy and in partnership with other Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Infrastructure Engineers to find solutions to complex problems
+ Leverage technical / analytical expertise across the enterprise to architect, deploy and oversee analytics and technology solutions
+ Prototype new products and solutions that have the capability to transform the industry
+ Ability to articulate and paint a vision, with strong communication and presentation skills, as well as strengths in translating highly complex concepts, results, models and technologies in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
+ Be familiar with the state-of-the-art around big data analytics and associated technologies and techniques
+ Have experience with Commercial environments and/or Products (not just internal focused)
+ Be a leader for a variety of projects including proofs of concept, new product / component development, and reengineering initiatives among others.
+ Work as part of a small team, sharing ideas and contributing to the strategic goals

**Required Qualifications of a Senior Data Scientist:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer/Statistics or equivalent experience
+ Experience in analytics / data science in a business or academic context
+ Demonstrated experience using programming to solve complex technical problems
+ Demonstrated experience accessing data from various data environments
**Required Qualifications of a Senior Data Scientist:**
+ Master's Degree or PhD in a technical field (e.g. computer science, science, engineering, math / stats, physics etc.)
+ Core knowledge of statistics, machine-learning and numerical / computational methods with experience in the application of these methods to business problems
+ Extensive programming experience with Python/Pyspark/Pandas/Polars or other analytics languages
+ Experience working within a software development team and using version control systems such as Git
+ Experience of large-scale distributed computing environments (Hadoop, Hive, Databricks etc)
+ Experience developing analytical solutions on cloud computing platforms i.e. Azure
+ Experience of the US Healthcare sector

**About the Role**
The **Senior Director of Product Innovation** will be responsible for generating new growth for Optum Rx by partnering closely with Optum Rx businesses and the broader UHG enterprise to identify and qualify new product opportunities for the PBM. Reporting up to the VP, OptumRx (Ireland) and dotted line to the SVP, Strategy & Innovation (US), the Senior Director of Product Innovation will develop a sustainable pipeline of new product ideas for build in order to deliver on the Product team's annual Gross Margin goals and to differentiate Optum Rx in the marketplace.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the search, evaluation, and prioritization to build a pipeline of new product opportunities for ORx' PBM business
+ Facilitate group brainstorming sessions to inspire, solicit, hone, and prioritize innovation ideas
+ Stand-up and conduct routine product innovation sessions with various Optum Rx business teams
+ Develop and review financial models, what-if scenarios, sensitivity tables and the like to evaluate product ideas
+ Create and articulate business case for highest impact product opportunities across the organization
+ Influence SLT, ELT members at ORx, Optum, and UHG in formulating and prioritizing innovation opportunities for maximum organizational impact
+ Develop cross-Optum and UHC relationships to co-develop new enterprise-based product opportunities
+ Build client relationships and councils to solicit feedback and identify potential clients for pilot
+ Develop recommendations to senior executives based on analyses to identify the highest value opportunities to purse
+ Development of dashboards to monitor pipeline value over time
+ Continuously improve innovation processes to increase product success rates and generate highest returns
+ Support product progression through build and execution phases
+ Maintain knowledge of internal products and strategies, competitors, and trends impacting the market
+ Serve as an innovation thought leader to internal and external partners and clients
+ Serve as SME to peers and leads across Product, P&L, and Growth teams on promote or demote validity of new ideas
+ Develop analysts on team in areas of market research and business case analysis to enable them to create senior executive presentations with recommendations
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Extensive product and innovation experience
+ Healthcare experience
+ Healthcare consulting or banking experience
+ Experience delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams in highly matrixed organizations
+ Experience succinctly communicating product recommendations and opportunities to senior leaders
+ Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams in large organizations, navigating ambiguity, and persisting through barriers
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Willingness to travel up to 25%
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) or equivalent experience
+ Experience facilitating focus groups and/or brainstorming sessions
+ Experience product development experience within pharmacy or pharmacy benefits management
+ Background in working directly with healthcare startups to develop solutions to meet internal and/or client needs
+ Experience interfacing directly with health plan and/or employer clients
+ Direct experience in pharmacy and pharmacy benefits management
+ Working knowledge of the payer and health services industry
