Product Development Specialist - German Market Location: Dublin or Market-Based | Industry: Insurance | Language Requirement: Native German, Fluent English A leading international insurance company is seeking a Product Development Specialist to join its growing Commercial Division, focused on the German and Austrian markets. This is a key role in shaping innovative product propositions and enhancing an extensive insurance product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance insurance products for the German and Austrian markets. Provide technical expertise to support sales, marketing, and training efforts. Contribute to overall product strategy, innovation, and regulatory alignment. Key Skills & Experience Sought: Native-level German with fluent English (both written and spoken). Strong background in insurance product development (life or non-life). Proven experience drafting and managing insurance policy documents and customer materials. Familiarity with insurance regulation and compliance in Germany and/or Austria. **Team/Role Overview:**
This role will focus on the strategic forward thinking, transformation of our Global Cross Border Payment infrastructure and its Payments Capability, a deep integration with our FX Markets partners, bringing together the synergies of industry developments, regulations, infrastructure, and client needs to build best in class payments solutions. This role will be part of the Global Cross Border Payments team, reporting to the Global Cross Border Transformation Head.
**What you'll do:**
+ Responsible for all components of the development and implementation of major/multiple/highly complex projects.
+ Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports.
+ Provides strategic business direction for projects managed.
+ Impacts the project leadership function by strategic influence and by exercising control over resources, budget management and planning, accountable for end results.

+ Role also involves interaction with Global Teams spread across the Globe Use of existing knowledge of Payment Systems in Citibank
+ Candidates should have experience in Banking and Financial Services Domain, including Retail, Investment Banking, Banking Payments such as High Value Domestic /Cross Border, Domestic Low Value Payments, SEPA CT, SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 XML Messages Understand the Travel Rule/FATF/Consent Order regulatory requirements and expectations
+ ISO20022 experience is must.
+ Candidate should have handled large scale implementations
+ Candidates should be well versed with Citi Policies & Procedures, Tools such as PTS (Project Tracking System), PAT (Process Automation tool), JIRA, Confluence Page, and Share points.
+ Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

AWS Incident Response is at the heart of the high availability of Amazon Web Services. We make customer impacting events shorter and less frequent by driving large scale event and incident response. You will contribute to shortening incident response through deep analysis and introduction of new technology.

Basic Qualifications
- Masters degree (or European advanced degree equivalent) or PhD in Computer Science, or related technical, math, economics, or scientific field
- Several years of relevant experience in developing large scale machine learning or deep learning models and/or systems in a production environment
- Experience in using Python, R or Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software language
- Several year experience specifically with deep learning (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM, etc.)
- Experience hiring or mentoring more junior colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, or related technical/scientific field
- Hands on experience building models with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, or similar
- Experience with machine learning, time series, NLP and CV solutions
- Proven communication skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Scientific thinking and the ability to invent, a track record of thought leadership and contributions that have advanced the field.
