**Key accountabilities:**

About the role

About you

We are looking for somebody has the following background and skills:

  • Degree or Masters level qualification;
  • Knowledge of or previous experience within pension, tax and/or investment disciplines desirable but not essential;
  • QFA qualification (or willingness to complete)
  • CFP qualification (or willingness to complete)
  • A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent attention to detail;

Key job responsibilities
During your internship you will tackle real-world business challenges, while developing your analytical expertise. As an intern, you will own projects that directly impact our business operations honing your financial acumen and quantitative skills. Every day will be filled with developing new skills and achieving personal growth. Interested? Submitting your application takes less than 10 minutes and cover letters are not required. Basic Qualifications
- Available to commence an internship between January and September 2026. Yes, our start dates are flexible! You should then be available up to 6 months, full time (40h/week).
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level - C1 or higher).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. macros, pivots, lookups, VBA).
- You must have the right to work in the country of employment.
- You will be based in Dublin for the duration of the internship. A relocation package may be offered, subject to an eligibility criterion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets, presenting actionable data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, working effectively with others, driving your solutions to Deliver Results.
- Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
- Data visualization skills, such as proficiency in Tableau, QlikView, PowerPivot, or MicroStrategy, Amazon Quick Sight.
- Oracle, VBA and MySQL/SQL knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of and interest in AI.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and gain responsibilities in a range of Financial and Business Partnering driven activities, become commercially focused and be a key player within the Finance activities or the global organisation:
+ Preparation of client reports (financial analysis, forecasting, metrics and dashboards) to support the client in their financial planning and month end process.
+ Partnering with Operations teams to review the financial health of studies.
+ Conducting financial reviews to proactively identify, facilitate and drive actions across stakeholder groups.
+ Preparation of internal monthly study report, documenting key financial risks and mitigating actions.
+ Preparation of internal monthly financial reporting packages and financial forecast for operations with insightful commentary and analysis.
+ Preparation of monthly financial forecasts and budget reconciliations.
**What you will ideally need:**
+ Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with good experience in analysis and insights of financial data and trends.
+ Good Systems experience.
+ Audit & Assurance experience is beneficial.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work on own initiative.
+ Experience assisting Finance Manager with various relevant information requirements.
