As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for, monitoring and reporting of operational performance metrics through data analytics. This is a challenging role that relies on your ability to effectively analyze performance and identify opportunities that will support leadership in delivering critical business results. You will also be responsible for analyzing impact of an event such as a new program going live or an outage.
Success in this role depends on the individuals' ability to pay attention to details, analytical capabilities, conduct root cause analysis, create / validate an action plan (short term and long term) and effectively report out at an operational and leadership level. **Primary Responsibilities of the Senior Business Process Consultant:**
Analyzing Business Processes:
- Evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Use data analytics to understand process performance and pinpoint bottlenecks
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect highly complex data from various sources and business departments to organize it for data analysis
- Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, identifying trends and patterns that can inform business decisions
Providing Insights and Recommendations:
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders using data visualization techniques
- Propose solutions and strategies to address business challenges based on data analysis
Designing and Implementing Improvements:
- Develop and implement new processes or enhance existing ones to boost efficiency and productivity
- Create detailed project plans for process changes and oversee their execution
Change Management - Monitoring and Adjusting Processes:
- Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes within the organization
- Continuously monitor the effectiveness of new processes and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support the implementation of new processes
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather input and secure buy-in for process changes
- Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data in business reviews

**Required Qualifications of the Senior Business Process Consultant:**
- Proven previous experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role within a large matrix environment.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing data, and effectively presenting data to senior stakeholders, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Significant operations metric analytics and reporting experience
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership
- Strong communication skill sets, with the ability to support and present information in a variety of different formats to all levels of stakeholders
- Previous experience working within a large multinational matrixed environment
**Skills Required:**

It has evolved from a single function agency managing the National Debt to a manager of a complex portfolio of public assets and liabilities. The SCA's principal objectives are: The SCA is obliged by statute to manage delegated claims and counterclaims in such manner as to ensure that the liabilities of the State authorities are contained at the lowest achievable level. In performing this function the SCA seeks to act fairly and ethically in its dealings with people who have suffered injuries and who take legal actions against the State or State bodies, and the families of these people; and To implement targeted personal injury and property damage risk work programmes to mitigate litigation risk in State authorities and healthcare enterprises, in order to reduce the costs of future litigation against the State. The SCA is obliged by statute to manage claims for legal costs, and recovery of legal costs however such costs are incurred. The SCA's remit covers personal injury and third-party property damage risks and claims relating to certain State authorities including the State itself, Government ministers, the Attorney General, the Health Service Executive, the voluntary healthcare sector, An Garda Sochna, the Irish Prison Service, the Defence Forces and community and comprehensive schools. It also manages third-party costs arising from certain Tribunals of Inquiry. Role Summary The SCA Risk, Business Process & Compliance Officer is responsible, in conjunction with the widerSCA Risk, Business Process & Compliance team,for maintaining the SCA Risk Register and supporting SCA Senior Management in the management and mitigation of corporate, process, operational and project risk. A key part of which is providing review and challenge to existing and new processes and systems across the SCA, designing appropriate controls to support business units in mitigating risk and ensuring the effectiveness of controls through regular risk oversights and evaluation. Principal Accountabilities The principal accountabilities associated with the role will include: Update and maintenance of the SCA Risk Register and operational event reports and ancillary risk documents to support various attestation requirements Supporting the SCA in management and mitigation of corporate, process, operational and/ or project risk, while assisting with emerging and existing risk analysis Assisting with compilation of regular reporting to the SCA Senior Management Team Undertaking reviews and/or walkthroughs of existing and new processes, evaluating the adequacy of controls and highlighting opportunities for improvements where appropriate. Anticipate and address technical blockers - such as AI-related compliance, privacy, or security concerns - early in the sales process, developing mitigation plans that instill confidence in D365 solutions. The Business and Product Operations Manager will support a growing global AWS Business and Product Operations team in EMEA, while maintaining their own individual contributor responsibilities. This candidate will partner with management in Sales, Enterprise Support, Professional Services, Legal, Marketing Sponsorship, Finance, and SMGS Ops to enhance the customer experience related to contract drafting, operations, and support.
Candidates must possess the ability to manage a team of contract specialists and operations analysts performing within diverse work streams and be able to provide career development and coaching to their direct reports. The candidate will be expected to steer relationships with stakeholders in the region while partnering with global functional team owners.
Candidates will contribute to the creation, improvement of data, and metrics by analyzing trends, and recommending and implementing process improvements that will have senior leadership visibility. They will also be responsible for their team's performance against functional KPI's and service levels. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and an ambiguous space with changing priorities is necessary.
The candidate should be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will be able to communicate analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy to understand way.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage a team of contract specialists and operations analysts across distinct work streams, including contract drafting, operations, and support, in a cross-functional working environment. Lead the hiring process provide coaching, and development where needed
- Support and implement existing team goals and vision, while fostering a culture of inclusion
- Maintain individual contributor responsibilities in one of the team's work streams
- Responsible for helping to shape the culture of the team and ensure adherence to HR policies and global department best practices
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations for functional teams that meet business requirements
- Drive continuous process improvement while developing relationships with business partners and stakeholders for long term solutions
- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Salesforce.com, and other data management/BI systems to present to global functional leaders and management
- Support team and help implement compliance protocols across all relevant functions.

Basic Qualifications
- This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state
- Extensive relevant professional experience in either contracts, operations or sales analyst work streams
- Extensive People Management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) across all functions and levels of the organization
- Experience being part of a team of managers working to support a larger team with a unified vision
- Knowledge and understanding of EU regulatory changes
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of contracts
- The ability to guide and influence leadership
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Prior Operations experience
- Prior experience working as part of an international team or with global clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
