The Business, Analysis and Reporting (BAR) team is a key partner for all value streams across Payment Integrity. The BAR team's mission is to develop and sustain a deep understanding of our business's operations and associated data (operational and financial), to create and maintain the metrics, reporting, modeling, and analysis needed to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
We have an exciting opportunity for an **Associate Director of Business Analysis & Reporting** , partnering with the Data Mining and Recoveries value stream within Non-Clinical Payment Integrity services. This individual will lead the Data Mining and Recoveries BAR team to deliver and maintain reporting and analysis, illustrating daily / weekly / monthly / annual business results. This individual will lead the forecasting and results measurement process, which tracks key performance indicators against internal budget and forecasted targets. This individual will have the ability to use data and performance measures, to understand key drivers and provide insight and recommendations to our Data Mining and Recoveries partners.
**Schedule** : Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct and manage Business Analysis & Reporting activity for Data Mining and Recoveries operations team, which includes analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning
+ Partner with and foster critical relationships with key partners in Operations, Finance and Partner Services
+ Lead and manage a team to deliver regular reporting, analysis, trends and meet savings validation targets
+ Develop, support, and present ad-hoc client and operational reports
+ Represent business operations owners/leaders as necessary to report on and explain results

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel, Power Point and Access)

The consultant will work closely with tax, finance, and IT teams to ensure compliance, streamline tax operations, and support digital tax transformation initiatives.
**Functional Skills:** Must have proven experience of implementation, configuration, customization and integration of Thomson Reuters One Source, SAP S4 HANA and Collaboration Modules in a global company.

You will become key member of our SAP team. Your role will be focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4HANA. Your secondary focus will be on support and broader practice development. Your key responsibilities
  • Work with the SAP functional and business teams to scope and analyse the data migration requirements, including analysis of source system data structures and flows
  • Within the Data Workstream, serve as the go-to subject matter expert for master and transaction data areas including SAP Materials Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (including EWM), Business Partners and other data objects
  • Design Migration strategy and implement the data migration framework as per data migration architecture using SAP Data Services (Enterprise edition) and SAP Migration Cockpit
  • Design and Document the Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) routines maximizing the use of technology to achieve a high degree of automation in a performant way
  • Build, test, execute and manage the data migration routines and data cleansing and enrichment models
  • Design and Execute preload and post load data validation of migration results, handle error logs and advise on data cleansing requirements
  • Support the functional teams with the data reconciliation and reporting process
  • Perform migration mock cycles and rehearsals, plan and execute migration cutover tasks and lead post go-live support and defect handling
  • Create technical specification documents by utilising SAP functional knowledge, data migration experience and computer programming knowledge
  • Provide advisory services to the business to understand their data management issues and advise on appropriate data management strategies
  • Provide guidance to other systems analysts and client personnel assigned to the projects
Skills and attributes for success
  • Strong technical skills ranging from in depth knowledge of SAP modules, understanding of data governance frameworks, proficiency in data modelling and ETL processes
  • Project management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring of data management projects

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a consulting role
  • Strong experience in SAP Data Services, Information steward, HANA SQL, IDOCS, BAPI, LSMW and SAP Migration cockpit
  • Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios
  • Experience in developing migration strategies, data dictionaries, mapping specifications and data transformation guidelines
  • Expertise in migration of SAP Business Partners including CVI (Customer to Vendor Integration)
Ideally, you will also have

It has evolved from a single function agency managing the National Debt to a manager of a complex portfolio of public assets and liabilities. Businesses managed by the NTMA include borrowing for the Exchequer and the management of the National Debt, the State Claims Agency, the New Economy and Recovery Authority ("NewERA"), the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, National Development Finance Agency and the NTMA Future Ireland Funds business unit with responsibility for the management of the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund . The NTMA also assigns staff to the National Asset Management Agency, the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland (SBCI) and Home Building Finance Ireland (HBFI). In performing this function the SCA seeks to act fairly and ethically in its dealings with people who have suffered injuries and who take legal actions against the State or State bodies, and the families of these people; and To implement targeted personal injury and property damage risk work programmes to mitigate litigation risk in State authorities and healthcare enterprises, in order to reduce the costs of future litigation against the State. The SCA is obliged by statute to manage claims for legal costs, and recovery of legal costs however such costs are incurred. The SCA's remit covers personal injury and third-party property damage risks and claims relating to certain State authorities including the State itself, Government ministers, the Attorney General, the Health Service Executive, the voluntary healthcare sector, An Garda Sochna, the Irish Prison Service, the Defence Forces and community and comprehensive schools. It also manages third-party costs arising from certain Tribunals of Inquiry. Role Summary The SCA Risk, Business Process & Compliance Officer is responsible, in conjunction with the widerSCA Risk, Business Process & Compliance team,for maintaining the SCA Risk Register and supporting SCA Senior Management in the management and mitigation of corporate, process, operational and project risk. A key part of which is providing review and challenge to existing and new processes and systems across the SCA, designing appropriate controls to support business units in mitigating risk and ensuring the effectiveness of controls through regular risk oversights and evaluation. Join Microsoft as an **AI Business Process Digital Solution Area Specialist.** In this individual-contributor, quota-carrying role you will own the entire engagement cycle, pinpointing opportunities, crafting value propositions, and driving AI-powered business-process transformations. Partnering closely with Account Executives, Digital Solution Engineers, and marketing teams, you will design win strategies, deliver compelling demos and pilots, and land customer success plans that accelerate adoption of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot solutions.
Leveraging deep domain expertise and consultative selling skills, you will translate complex scenarios into clear business outcomes, remove blockers, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. You will also share best practices, expand your technical depth, and act as a trusted advisor who connects Microsoft innovation to measurable customer impact, advancing your own career growth in solution sales and cloud technologies.

**Responsibilities**
+ Partner with and lead Account Planning Team on Account Plan for AI Business Process opportunities, including decision maker identification and solution play selection.
+ Establish and build C-Suite and Business Decision Maker (BDM) relationships as an industry aligned Business Applications solution expert.
+ Build & maintain the required range of qualified pipeline coverage for rolling 4 quarters through digital-first seller tools
+ Deliver the One Microsoft narrative and solution pitches to C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers.
+ Orchestrate business value + technical solution demos to align with the customers' desired business outcomes and solution requirements.
+ Manage long-term contract renewals with existing accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and successes.
+ Actively and regularly engage in sales community calls/channels and share learnings and best practices.
