Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2)/ Information Technology Co-Ordinator Temporary 1 Year Contract, Full time Hours. The CNM2/Information Technology Co-ordinator will report to the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Divisional Lead, and is accountable to the Director of Nursing (DON), Mercy University Hospital (MUH). Responsibilities Include: Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership in all aspects of nursing care. Working with the ADON to support implementation of the TrendCare IT System (a patient acuity, workload management and workforce planning IT system). Practice in accordance with relevant legislation and with regard to The Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland, 2025). Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards an evidence-based care planning approach. Ensure confidentiality in relation to patient/client records is maintained. Ensure relevant policies and procedures are readily available and all staff are informed of changes. Effectively manage time and workload to meet changing and developing needs. Support the implementation of QIPs (Quality Improvement Projects) and manage identified changes. Identify user issues and errors and liaise with IT systems support staff and TrendCare team to reach resolution. Support managers in understanding the data generated by their department. Monitor the data to identify changing trends and/or anomalies. Regularly monitor ward/department maintenance settings with ward/department managers to ensure optimisation of the user interface. Support Nurse Managers and staff in using the Safe Staffing and Skill Mix IT to develop efficient and effective nursing resource plans. Coordinate user training to all relevant staff during orientation. Plan and deliver focussed training sessions to address areas for improvement and to motivate and empower staff in the utilisation and understanding of the TrendCare System and MEG System (a Quality Management IT System). Maintain high user engagement for the Safe Staffing and Skill Mix IT System through consultation with users. Engage in effective and professional communication with all users, stakeholders and the IT systems staff. Provide up to date reports to the DON/ADON on implementation, results, QIPs, etc. Be an active member of the local implementation group or any local group as defined by DON. Eligibility Criteria: Be registered in the General Division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI/Bord Altranais agus Cnaimhseachais ns hEireann). Have at least 5 years post registration experience of which 2 recent years must be in the acute area. Have the clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role. Provide evidence of clinical and professional managerial ability, leadership, communication and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good basic knowledge of IT systems and databases use for workflow, staffing and data analysis. Evidence of leading clinical practice initiatives. Evidence of promotion of multi-disciplinary teamwork. The **Manager IT Business Systems Tax** will play a critical role in carrying out important initiatives of the Gilead IT team, to partner with the business, other groups of IT and AMS to ensure operational issues are resolved timely, and ecosystem is stable and the data integration is accurate, also to provide insight into enhancements (functional and technical subject matter expertise) and support ongoing sustainment roadmap, work with solution providers to ensure scalability, and fulfilling growing needs of the business.
**'Manager IT Business Systems PTP'** **role description** : An Ideal person will be someone with extensive experience in Thomson Reuters one source and its various products not limited to One Source Tax Determination, Indirect Tax Compliance, Orbit Tax but also this ONESOURCE Tax IT Consultant is responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Thomson Reuters' ONESOURCE tax solutions, with a strong focus on integration with SAP S/4HANA. This role requires deep expertise in direct tax configuration within SAP S/4HANA and a solid understanding of global statutory tax reporting requirements, including e-invoicing, e-ledger, and SAF-T reporting. The consultant will work closely with tax, finance, and IT teams to ensure compliance, streamline tax operations, and support digital tax transformation initiatives.
**Functional Skills:** Must have proven experience of implementation, configuration, customization and integration of Thomson Reuters One Source, SAP S4 HANA and Collaboration Modules in a global company.
+ Implement and configure ONESOURCE tax modules to meet business and compliance needs.
+ Integrate ONESOURCE with SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Direct Tax configuration and data flow.
+ Design and support statutory tax reporting solutions, including e-invoicing, e-ledger, and SAF-T across various jurisdictions.
+ Manage data integration and ensure accuracy between ERP systems and tax platforms.
+ Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and user training for tax systems.

**Qualifications:**
+ Master's or bachelor's degree in finance and Accounting with extensive IT experience in Thomson Reuters One Source and/or ERP Information Systems like SAP S4 HANA
+ Proven experience with One Source Tax Suite implementation and Support
+ Strong Knowledge of Statutory Tax reporting (e-Invoicing, e-ledger, SAF-T) across multiple jurisdictions.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data integration tools.
+ Experience of working for a multinational corporation
+ Experience in technology implementation and supporting stakeholders through change management
+ Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of technology/business processes through identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Lead a technical team supporting global COB business systems and processes including development of senior professional staff
* Product owner of key COB end-to-end systems and related processes. Ownership of annual capital planning cycle and management of related capital spend / benefits tracking
* Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility
* Identify and develop business solutions to support delivery of COB long-term strategic plan e.g., front-end reporting / data warehouses / analyses to support key business decisions
* Develop projects / reports to identify opportunities or to improve current processes
* Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues across the COB team
* Complete analysis, present data / trends, and recommendations to management to support strategic business activities
* Project manage global cross-functional projects applying appropriate methodologies to support the implementation and development of key systems and business processes
* Identify potential gaps in business processes through process / data analysis, identify opportunities for automation, payment policies, quality, and throughput issues to increase the opportunity for savings
