Responsibilities
- Create high-quality layout drawings and detailed construction documentation
- Prepare technical submittals for client approval
- Assist in developing the company's BIM capabilities

- Assist in compiling project handover files
- Develop and maintain servicing templates and reports for ongoing maintenance contracts

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' CAD experience within the construction industry
- Relevant CAD or technical qualification
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is an advantage but not essential
